Never again. I ordered chicken parm hero and a chicken franchese hero, chicken wings and chicken tenders. It took an hour and half before my food showed up. Both sandwiches were cold. Chicken parm, bread was soggy and the mozzarella cheese was old and dried, not melted. Chicken Franchese was not cooked, chicken was still pink inside. Chicken tenders were hard as a rock and the wings were cold and undone. I called the next day because it was near 9:30 p.m and I had work so I got a manager telling me he had no time for me and had other customers to deal with. Then another manager offered me 25% off. Mind you I am literally 2 minutes away from this restaurant. I kissed 60.00 dollars down my trash can. Oh they charge a delivery fee as well. Like I said never again. A friend of mine ordered there Thanksgiving dinner and she said it was trash as well.

Used to order from here all the time and the manager is just a nasty person. I’ve heard from others the same as well. Every excuse in the book when you tell them if they messed up the food or order. If you want Italian food go elsewhere, where they have some personality!

Wow. Delivered italian shouldnt taste this good. Definitely gotta go there and find out what it tastes like if it wasnt sitting in a car for 20 minutes. Calamari were crisp, and fresh not a single chewy piece. margarita pan pizza was amazing, chicken parm and lasagna hot and fresh.
Cute little place, but no bathroom for public use, so be warned. The not knots needed much more garlic for my taste, BUT, they were super soft and light and the vodka sauce on the side that came with it was spectacular. Would definitely order again. Hubby had the chicken buffalo roll and said it was delicious.

Who ever was the chef today 10/21 approximately around 1pm cooked the chicken cutlet to perfection!!! It was so perfect food taste amazing and fresh always my go to.

Rustic does not look big from the outside and there are not many tables inside, but let me tell you it packs a punch in flavor and portions. I've tried almost every pasta dish and chicken entree on the menu and there is NO bad dish. Plus everyone working the front and in the kitchen are friendly but there is a difference in the air between Wednesday and Thursday. Maybe a little more teasing with the customers and laughter. Any day is a good day to try out Rustic!

Meh, I wasn't very impressed. For one, the food took an hour to be delivered. My wrap was small and bland, but my sister got a pasta dish and loved it. So not the best but I guess not the worst either.

This place is special. Typically I will order a personal pie at a spot I've been wanting to try but the slices here looked impressive. I can honestly say these were the best SLICES I've ever had. Everything screamed fresh, authentic, and highly calculated but what was most impressive was the dough. I was really not expecting this place to be so good and cannot wait to get back to try a fresh pie. Whoever is running this place needs to be praised because everything is on point PLUS the Italian hot sauce was unreal. Bravo and thank you!
Best pizza on the north shore. Our go to spot for pizza. The small size is just perfect for two people. Pasta is great too. Worth the try, we always do takeout.

Never been in the restaurant bit had their upside down poe do t buy it go get an Italian bread buy som le Ragu sauce and put some mozzarella don't waste your money pure garbage with a bottle of oregano on it. But the sandwiches are outstanding.
Updated review: first time must have been a fluke and I just got unlucky, but I’ve come back twice and got it and it was some of the best pizza I’ve ever had, the crust and bread on it was SOOOOO
