Today I made an order which the driver left the food next door and did not call me. I order regularly and understand common courtesy is to call the person.The restaurant immediately called me as I was on the phone with Grubhub. I hung up on Grub Hub and called them immediately. This led to a back and forth for nearly 8 minutes with a female telling me the driver called the wrong number. I went over the fact they called me immediately. No one could justify that the driver could have simply called the restaurant to confirm the number.I know they will never get my money again. I made it clear it was not about the money, nor was I looking to get anything free. Maybe customer needs to be retooled.Unfortunately you can not give no stars

A bit more pricy than I’m used to for AYCE sushi, but delicious rolls! Great hit options and good portions for the sashimi as well!

We came here on a Saturday for dinner. There was no wait so we were quickly seated. The waitress was nice, but they are not very attentive. We did the all you can eat option which did have a good amount of options. The sushi itself was decent, nothing special. I recommend the takoyaki as it does have a good amount of octopus inside. Their chicken teriyaki was pretty good as well.

Lovely place, a hidden gem in my opinion. The inside is spacious, dark and elegant. The price is very reasonable and affordable. The sushi always tastes so fresh. Friendly staff.Side note: Their restroom was super clean! Very good sign.

I’ve been going there for almost 3 years. No more. Few month ago I got my regular order that included few different rolls with tuna. Non of them tasted right. I’ve called to complain and was promised a call back. Needless to say no had called back. Too bad. We’ve taken our business elsewhere.

One of the very first Japanese restaurants on the island that we have frequented for the past 13+ years. Service is always great and reliable and staff is like family. The pandemic couldn't keep us away as we opted for delivery once they reopened for business. Please patronize the restaurant when you're on the island!

I’ve been coming to this place for years and once turned Sanma, it has become my #1 GO-TO on the island. The woman on the phone is so welcoming and kind, the people that work there are great, and the energy of the environment is welcoming as well. The food is ALWAYS fresh which is difficult to come by time and time again, so they’re consistent and of quality, for sure. Never had an issue here and always come back each time I’m here on the island. You’ll love it too!

I placed an order over the phone, and I had a $5 off Coupon from their menu from last time I ordered. I paid with my card over the phone and they granted the $5 off. I then went to pick up the food at the restaurant but I forgot my $5 coupon at home. They actually made me pay the $5 extra because I didn't have the coupon on me. Pretty ridiculous especially since I had just spent over $50. Little things like that leave a BIG impression. They just lost me and my family as customers there for good.

The food here is amazing and super fresh. They updated the prices and have signs everywhere. I been coming here for over a year and they've had signs up almost that long. My girlfriend and I come here whenever we want sushi. The staff knows us and they're always extremely kind. If cheers was a sushi place, Sanma is that places.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE !!!!!!! They present with what they call their "old menu" when you order which has cheaper prices then give you a check where each item is like 2$ more and then tell you well we have a new menu but never show it to you and expect you to pay the higher prices !!!! Scam artists ! Call the police on us and held us in the store when we demanded we will only pay the prices we saw in the menu we got ! DO NOT EAT HERE !! The food is low quality too

We had the most amazing dinner at Sanma the other day. We ordered an assorted selection of appetizers, all came out hot, exciting to look at, and they were absolutely delicious. For dinner, we split the Chilean Seabass, which came prepared exactly the way we ordered it, nicely browned on the bottom. It was on top of some beautiful Japanese vegetables, and was one of the best seafood dishes we have ever had. This place is usually known for all you can eat, but that has not yet started up Again due to Covid. I hate to tell anybody about this place, because it will get too crowded. But giYou will enjoy it!
