It was just okay. The food took forever and then it was just sitting on the counter not being called out, eventually cold. We didn't have the time to wait for them to recook it. I probably wouldn't go there again but, as a franchise is good.

TASTY FOOD AND SHAKES. MY GRANDSON SEEMS TO ENJOY IT. MANY TIMES WE'VE VISITED THERE INSTEAD OF GOING UP TO THE FOOD COURT IN THE MALL. TOO MUCH OF A CROWD UP THERE. WE LIKE IT BETTER WITH FEWER PEOPLE AROUND. GUESS MORE FOLKS GET THE SHAKE SHACK TO GO SO WE USUALLY GET A TABLE STRAIGHT AWAY.

Ordered online and got a free truffle burger because of it. Everything tasted great. They ran out of avocados for my chicken sandwich and offered me a free fries or drink because if it which I thought was very nice of them. Great way to end a day of shopping.

The food is tasty and Heather is so kind. Our 6 yr old daughter was trying to get napkins out of the dispenser and was having some trouble. Heather helped her and walked with her back to our table. It was very thoughtful.
