Place is closed. I went through OpenTable to schedule a Valentine's Day dinner. It let me schedule but the place is closed! I was glad that Hook and Reel was really close by or I would have had a horrible Valentine's Day.

Was well worth it food was tasty and we were the only customers, service was great just like the food

drinks were spot on, food was delicious, owner was very helpful and very friendly, food came out quickly with plenty to take home

Love to go there the crabs are excellent the help should stay in the dining room so the clients can be helped when they need to instead of looking for them we had to go looking for our girl to give us the check and when we want to drinks a napkins she needs to be seen at all times in the dining

Absolutely blown away this place exists in staten island. Ask for FAN she’s the manager and took care of us in the most hospitable manner highly

Food was absolutely amazing. For all you can eat they don't come to you much often. I had to keep getting uo to get the waitress. But she was absolutely great and food was sooooopp freaking good.

They have a bit of kinks to work out. Paper plates, plastic forks and paper cups don't impress. The food, when it finally came out, was good. I'd go there again now knowing what to expect.

OK, so I reserved a table for 630 on a Saturday night. Arrived at location at 615. Nice, they have a parking lot +. Go in and stand there for 10 min before anyone even acknowledged us. Wasn't that busy, but 1 female waitress and one male working the bar seemed to be the only staff. She told us 2 min be right with u. Another 10 min later sat down threw us some menus and never came back to even offer drinks. Wife used bathroom, filthy no toilet paper. Wasted almost 30 min and left for hook and reel. How this place is staying in business is a mystery.

Great staff and owners, the deep ocean is my favorite but the seafood paella was phenomenal. Really cool atmosphere and some instagram worthy pictures with the flower walls. Will be back!

So my wife and I tried this place... we both love seafood. She got a crab leg and lobster boil and I got a mixed fried seafood basket (huge platter, not really a basket). Both were delicious and very plentiful. Service was excellent, seafood was fresh. We ordered 2 rounds of drinks. First was Sangria and an espresso martini, then we had a round off Mai tai's. Drinks were made well and pretty heavy handed on the liquor.Music selection was really good too.We left feeling very satisfied. We will definitely be back. Staten Islanders are finicky so hopefully this place will stay popular and be around for a while.Not sure if they do this for everyone but we were given complimentary dessert. Picture attached.

I came in yesterday 5/9 with my mother and we had a great experience as always. The waitress was patience and welcoming and even gave us desert on the house. I also noticed that the flavors of the sauce has improved tremendously. This place is way better than hook & reel

The experience was way better than anticipated. Great service, great food, and great atmosphere. The manager Fanny was very attentive and kind. Will definitely be back!
