They have great tasting, hot, soft bagels!! I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel...Ahhh, let me tell you, I felt like I was biting into a piece of heaven. Yes, it may sound over the top, but when I'm here visiting Stateline Island, the first thing I want in the morning is exactly what I just told you. We don't get it that good upstate where I live!! You all are lucky!!! Enjoy!!!

I’m honestly appalled by their customer service. I came in requesting a turkey bacon, egg and cheese and when I got into the car, I took a bite and realized it was regular bacon. I go in explaining my situation and stating I can’t have bacon. They took the sandwich and saw that I took a bite into it and said this is your fault. You need to specify that you want turkey bacon. Instead of apologizing when I always say turkey bacon, as I don’t eat regular bacon for religious reasons they went ahead and said well there’s bacon all over the grill. I felt completely ridiculed and belittled. I hope you understand that you have customers from all different backgrounds and clearly Smiley Bagels is not inclusive to our Muslim community. Disgusting!!!

Smileys has the best bagels and BEC around. Bagels are thick and fluffy, and BEC has the best ratios. When you ask for XC you get XC! A great price for a filling sandwich. Will always be my go to spot.
