Bowl was good. Just be careful, doesnât say anywhere that it contained tree nuts for those who have allergies. Almonds and cashews in the granola. Had an allergic reaction.

I have been buying Acai bowls and coconut bowls for about two years. Always picked them up. Yesterday I ordered through Uber Eats. The bowls were not the same at all. The acai was at the bottom, overly sweet and too much. Granola was so scarce, so I added my own. I also ordered the coconut bowl. The consistency of the coconut was thin. I called today and asked if they changed the recipe. The fruit was fresh, but the rest of the ingredients ruined the bowl. The girl on the phone said nope we didn't change the recipe. I believe what I may have received was the nut free version, because there weren't, and the granola was just plain. The girl simply said sorry I will not be buying from there anymore. When I first purchased, they always asked if I had nut allergy, which I thought was very nice. As time went on, they stopped asking. I actually called on the phone right after placing my order. I was not asked about any allergy. I wouldn't mind if she had said let me talk to the manager, or we will give you a discount. Or she could have asked if I had allergies, in that case it would be different. Nothing. I will be going back to Baya Bowl. They are out of the way, but I don't appreciate that type of service, especially paying what we do for delivery orders abd inflated prices

Worst experience ever. They were rude because itâs the first time I get Nutella on a bowl and she said in a snarky tone that thereâs in the middle. On top of that my bowl came with exactly 3 blueberries.. and it was half full, how is it 13$ for a scoop that doesnât even fill the bowl n a few fruits?

You barley get any smoothie in your açaĂ bowl. Itâs mostly fruits and nuts and like 2 spoons of the smoothie. I also asked for utensils and got none.
