You barley get any smoothie in your açaí bowl. It’s mostly fruits and nuts and like 2 spoons of the smoothie. I also asked for utensils and got none.

Not only do you receive 3 tablespoons of açaí, your bowl will be packed with granola. I ordered an AÇAÍ bowel…. Not a granola bowel and was very disappointed. I also do not like the açaí taste here, it has a slight bitter aftertaste. I recommend Playa Bowel, they have much better açaí then this place.

Enjoy the coconut bowl very much ..Kid-friendliness: My children are a bit anxious, and Abby was extremely kind to them. The acai bowls are delicious! They're super fresh and SoBol has so many awesome toppings to add- the cookie butter topping is the best!

I was in the area and stopped in to get a bowl. I go to many different businesses like this yet I was very unhappy with how the portion was set up and the ingredients. The worker was very nice yet the granola and all the other fruits were very skimpy. I don't mind spending $14.00 on a bowl of fruit yet I want to be happy and enjoy it. The granola was so fine they were sticking to my teeth and I actually had to spit it out at one point unlike most of the other competitors where the bowl is very fine and structured. I only ate it because I was driving home and I didn't want to pollute..I just felt compelled to post this as these are health stores and people should know what they are getting when they're spending this type of money
Great environment, great workers, i spoke with chilly and Nickole at the LA fitness sampling and they were super friendly. Their açaí is delicious. My go to açaí shop for sure !

I rushed to get to the store and got there 10 minutes before 8pm. The door was locked but the young lady was inside and shook her head no to me. I called and asked for the hours of operation and Olivia was the young lady inside she told me the store closes at 7pm the hours have not been properly updated online and also said she is not a working employee (although she had the uniform on) she’s just the cleaning lady for this location. This use to be my favorite spot. This is horrible customer service.
