This place used to be good. The young lady at the drive thru has a terrible attitude. They were out of a few things I was trying to order and then huffs and sucks her teeth when you need 2 seconds to select something else. I live on the north shore and would drive all the way out there. As it is now, I won't be going back even if I'm across the street.

The food is as expected, the atmosphere is uninviting, almost as if a gray cloud were sitting above this restaurant at all times. You may find yourself here (considering it is the only sonic on Staten Island), and if you do, just remember to be patient, as the service is RIDICULOUSLY slow. Not sure why this is, but it is 🫤

I get in my car and drive there for a shake once one a while only to hit their drive through to hear sorry the machine is broken. This happens so often that it’s far passed time they get a second machine to be used as a backup when this happens. Sick of this nonsense. I waste my time and gas money.

this location closes at 11 pm.. me and my sister came here at 10:40 for only DRINKS! we pull up to the drive through and the girl tells us they’re only doing pick up orders at this time. we only wanted drinks how does this make sense when the person in front of us got drinks ?!??? so if we placed a pick order we could have gotten them? lol makes no sense

Haven’t even gotten to my food yet but the blonde girl working left the worst impression I’ve ever seen and was very disrespectful and dismissive. Get better and have just a little more care for your decency. (Edit: she didn’t give me the sauces either, guess she can’t do anything right)

The dog's bread had no way to hold it in my hand. It was wet and slippery. I didn't like this little detail. It had never happened to me before.

We went as a change from wendys. The food is pricey for what you get vs other places. the service was the best part. Staff super nice and helpful
So when I got there I got 2 coney dogs and a buttered bacon sandwich had to go back thru the line to just my 2 footlong coner dogs then ALL the bread on ALL 3 MEALS WAS SOGGY AND THIS SUCKS CAUSE I WAS JUST PASSING THRU Staten ISLAND FROM SYRACUSE

If I could give zero stars I would. I had to repeat my order four times and she still gave me the wrong burger. Never sent the order the the screen so I could pay so I had to go through the drive thru, then she couldn't figure out which order was mine, except that I could see it on the counter behind her. Entire situation took 25 minutes, by which time my food was cold.

Needs zero stars. Order was wrong twice, found a tip of a rubber glove in order of chicken. The manager apologized, but did not replace the order. This place needs to be shut down.

Sof from drive through is the best employee ever and really friendly and attentive. She single handle made the best sonic experience. She was the sweetest giving my pup a pup cup and making his day.
