When you see 20+ people standing on line for over an hour outside the store, the courteous thing to do would be to let them know you only have 2 bear cups instead of making them wait over 40 minutes. Also it would be nice to have a worker or security stand by and make sure people don't just walk up and cut the line like what happened today.

The guy with dreadlocks and lady laugh at customers they are very rude and making fun of customer. They took extra money from me today I was budgeting then I realised they took extra this is unacceptable behaviour. I work in customer service too but if someone gives you extra money you should give back if it’s tip person will give you after paying bill. And I will never tip this kind of people. I think I will file formal complaint against them.

Walked into Starbucks to ask for a cup of water like I usually do, was told to purchase something in order to get FREE water? Customer service was horrible as well.

Store manager was rude(the dark skin, short , and strong lady). Rolling the eyes to the customer just because I ask for extra half and half. The girl doesn’t follow the instructions to make my coffee and laugh in front of the customer about the order! Fingers into the coffee. Never order from here again!!!

I few uncomfortable because the first time I few the staff work in Starbucks service bad, the women so rude with me when I used Starbucks app scanned to pay my drink , she doesn’t ask me or tell me need charge free twice, ask me have to pay more $1.36 again, and saying loud ask me have to tell her use phone to pay next time , ( I want to say ,she take care me and how she can’t see how I pay? ) she saw me used app money to scan ,Other Starbucks customers never do like that , only total how much, no ask have to pay one more time by phone pay ,She is unprofessional and rude women)I came here almost 1 year. Never like that, need hard training with her ,The next guest felt the same way.

If this is the Starbucks inside the Staten Island mall…Drink ordered was less than average in preparation and taste. The way it was made was poor and rushed. And the girl who made it had a very bad attitude, and came across very rude, I wish I got her wack name. As a frequent Starbucks customer I won’t order there ever again!
