Place is always super crowded, even when you mobile order you have to wait. I get it, the staff does what they can but seriously how can you have 2 people working at a STARBUCKS in the mall on a Saturday? They need to hire more workers.

So, the drinks are good nothing out of the ordinary but I’ve ordered coffee here three times the past week and if I order an iced drink I get it hot and if I get it hot I end up with an iced drink. The workers usually don’t make a huge fuss to remake it but it’s annoying to order on the app, and then have to wait anyways to have it remade when it defeats the purpose of the app. It’s happened three times this week specifically with the Apple oat milk macchiato. I wouldn’t have thought anything of it if it was a one off thing but only decided to review after the repeat error.

worst ever. The workers give you the worst attitude every and on top of that mess up your order. So they are not only giving us attitude they screw it up. I asked for siracha sauce which I was charged for and I didnt get. they lady next to me had asked for cinnamon she literally had the lady open her cap and she spilled it all over her had and said next time you have to mention it we cant do this. there is way to speak

The absolute worst and I’ve been to at least 75 different Starbucks… they are so slow and extremely rude. Employees are there talking about how busy it is how much they don’t want to be there all the while throwing away more drinks and they’re making because they’re just being super careless. Nobody cares about what they do nobody cracks a smile… they toss you your drink like a dog….It’s the worst.

Horrible customer service , had a negative experience for the first time at this store . I wanted to try to order a new drink , and I asked how does it taste before paying . One of the girls was very rude and just repeated my question .. so I asked another girl to help me , she gave me a syrup sample to make sure that would be the taste of the drink I was about to order . If you can’t be polite and answer people’s questions, why are you even working in a customer service ? ??♀️
