I would give 0 stars if I could. We lined up today at 4am to get the Starbucks glass bear cup we were about 30 people lined up. I was first on the line the workers came in and were getting ready for the day they had said there were 10 bear cups. When u called the store days before they were saying u better get here at least 30 minutes to line up with many of us did. They opened the door and I went to the register and the girl says there r only 2 and they don’t have them they r on the shelf. So now all they people start running to the shelf which was redicules I mean it almost started a war. So waiting in line ment nothing in the freezing cold. It was very u professional and rude. I was very upset and so were other people. I will never buy coffee here again! They treat their customers horribly and have no respect for them.
Management needs to work on trainings again. Unfriendly staff who are constantly getting orders wrong.

The 3 stars are for whoever the older staff was… but whoever is being hired here recently is very very bad at making the drinks. Please train the staff better the quality of the drinks is going down. It used to be good and now it’s a hit or miss here unfortunately.
I wish I could give this Starbucks zero stars. As a recurring customer who studies here often and orders coffee every day, I expected a welcoming environment, but my experience was appalling. I came in to study, fully intending to order coffee after settling in, only to be told within 10 minutes that I had to leave because I hadn’t ordered yet. Policies are one thing, but the way I was treated was unacceptable.
The owner’s attitude was shockingly rude, condescending, and dismissive. Despite being a loyal customer, I was made to feel like a burden and a criminal for simply taking a moment before placing my order. To make matters worse, the owner even accused me of lying about my intentions, despite the fact that I had no idea what he was talking about. Their tone was insulting and unprofessional, showing a complete lack of respect for customers.
To the owner, I ask:
Is this how you treat loyal customers who support your business daily?
Do you truly believe that kicking someone out within minutes is good customer service?
How do you justify speaking to customers in such a rude and disrespectful manner?
Have you considered how this kind of treatment affects your business and reputation?
If you enjoy being mistreated, by all means, visit this Starbucks. But if you value basic human decency and respect, take your business elsewhere. It’s a shame that a place I once visited daily has shown such disregard for its patrons. Absolutely disgraceful service, and I will not be returning.
EDIT: It’s clear from this lack of genuine empathy that the owner doesn’t actually care about the disrespectful experience I had. This generic response only reinforces the lack of accountability and concern.

Something about this location and the evening staff lately is so off. Every drink order lately has been wrong, even when it isn’t busy. The evening staff lately also needs to get some training, apologize to customers when you serve them the wrong $10 coffee….

Saturday morning I went through the drive through with tears in my eyes as I was dealing with an unfortunate event in my life… I was instantly greeted by Jada with a smile that could brighten the darkest skies… she went above and beyond to make sure I did not leave that drive through line without a smile just like hers on my face. Jada thank you for your kind words during such a horrible moment in my life. Coffee always makes everyone’s days better… but having it served by someone as genuine as you made it all the more better!thank you!Carissa StarThe customer who’s day you brightened :)
