Saturday morning I went through the drive through with tears in my eyes as I was dealing with an unfortunate event in my life… I was instantly greeted by Jada with a smile that could brighten the darkest skies… she went above and beyond to make sure I did not leave that drive through line without a smile just like hers on my face. Terrible. Takes forever to get your drinks even if it’s not busy. Wouldn’t recommend if you want to grab and go,would take about 23-30 minutes to finally get your order and that’s if you say something to the staff if not they’ll definitely forget about your order. I had this happen to me most of the time I come in. If you really have the patience to wait 20-30 minutes for a coffee, go for it but otherwise I wouldn’t recommend it save yourself time and got to another Starbucks.

I’m beyond tired of getting 3/4 of a cup of latte and paying as much as they charge for it… its all the locations because when I complain they say it’s the way the company says we have to make

Their service is terrible. i was there today to pick up my order. I was waiting to see if the staff member will call out my name. she placed two coffee cups on the pick up area.i dont want to touch other people coffee cups. when i asked about my order, one of the staff member said he do not want to print all the incoming orders, so he told me to wait until my turn comes. i waited for some more time, they dont even care. when i asked him to see my order based on the receipt number, he looked at the prepared orders and found mine. the lady whoever prepared my order did not care to say my name out. how would i know if my order is prepared or not. should i have to check each and every cup for my name. i was there right opposite to her when she made my order. did not expecttttt this.
