Came in later in the evening and Timothy helped me out — super chill and friendly even near closing. My drink came out perfect and the store still looked spotless. You can tell he actually cares about the job. Appreciate the good energy every time I stop by!

Had a wonderful experience here. I was waiting for my car to be fixed down the block. The employees were very welcoming. The restaurant was very well kept and clean. I spent a few hours here working on my computer and no one gave me a problem. I never really come to Starbucks but I definitely will be coming back here to this location!

i ordered a drink… I got a science experiment. Not mixed, missing cream, and tasted burned. Had to literally go to a different Starbucks. Super horrible place and the baristas couldn’t even get my name right when i came to pick it up. The remake came in clutch from another location though.

Placed a big order, came to pick it up, and the staff started ranting about how other people had been yelling at them. I didn’t yell, I just asked a question. They had my order ready but purposely didn’t give it to me. Unprofessional, childish, and shitty.

Very dissatisfied with the serving size of the coffee. Ordered a Venti iced shaken espresso came with 20% of the top of the cup empty. Why pay call this a venti when it can easily pour into a grande. It clearly says 24fl oz coffee. That’s what they should supply.
Nice little store, spacious and airy. The biggest downside is that only one table has electric outlets, so if it’s occupied by a group of camping teenagers, you are out of luck.
The location is also serving one of the few drive-thrus on the island, and the staff can be a little inattentive to the customers inside.
If they installed more power outlets, could become one of the best Starbucks on Staten Island.
