If you plan to use this Starbucks, do drivethru only, because the staff will completely ignore you if you go inside to order. I walked in and I was the only person inside. The one barista who could have taken my order walked in the opposite direction when they saw me, and I stood at the counter for a while and was never acknowledged once. The baristas looked busy making drive thru orders, but there should still be ONE person who runs the register and to assist with customers! I’m sure the baristas are great at what they do, but the fact that not a single staff member could be bothered to acknowledge or assist is truly astounding. Family and friends have had similar experiences here, so I walked out when I realized I wasn’t going to be able to order. I felt like a fool. Despicable customer service.

Everytime I want a decent drink there I never get it. Service takes forever. They never have whipped cream. I ordered a mocha cookie crumbl and they gave me a plain java chip frap. Never had a good drink here.

so disappointed. frappuccino tastes like water there was no flavor and no coffee. couldnt make my customized drink even though that’s the point of starbucks. was literally the only person in the store and they still didn’t have the time to make me a half decent drink.

Waited 30 mins for a Mobile app pick up that promised 5 minutes. When asked to speak to the manager she quickly defended her self and her staff and showed us that were working as fast as they can on our order while she was sitting in the back accepting orders as her whole team is swarmed and over whelmed. The girl who made our drinks was awesome. The kids were working hard. Management is terrible and this review is strictly directed towards them and their carelessness for good leadership and customer satisfaction. 30-40 mins for 2 cups of coffee is insane. Then receiving 1 of the 2 which were made exactly the same. With a 10 minute gap. No refunded was offered. Not during this entire interaction did management put mobile orders on hold as there team literally died no adjustments for wait time. Worst store location. Thank you to the hard working baristas !

I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and it tastes burnt, like actual ashes. I didn't order anything different; a regular venti iced pumpkin spice latte. And i have never tasted anything like it. How can you make coffee taste burnt??? Very dissatisfied.

Stopped here to get coffee, first time here to do business. I remember when a service station was on this spot for many years.. The young man wasn't exactly thrilled to take my order for hot coffee. No greetings no thank you's. I guess the guy couldn't get the weekend off.

For the drive-through and parking lot access: there is only 1 entrance and only 1 way to access it — right turn from Foster Ave. If you are on Amboy or on the opposite side of Foster, you have to go around.Parking: Difficult to access the parking lot and drive through
