I ordered a brown sugar oat milkshake and espresso what I got was a cup of oat milk. They're not very good at making the coffee's here Way too much ice in my drink. It's like Starbucks pays the more if they give you more ice and less coffee.

We went to get coffee on 4/30/25 around 3:30pm. The barista was cleaning and filling up bottles at first. She then took the empty bottles to the trash. The whole time she didn’t acknowledge us. She then came back, put on her gloves and kept on cleaning. We left without ordering anything. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Rude ! When I walk in said good morning, the girl ignored me , when I asked for salt caramel form, she said: they don’t have any form, obviously she just lazy to make it . And of course my drink doesn’t taste good like I ordered in different locations Starbucks
Charged me a dollar for honey with my drink but didn’t have honey

I like Starbucks and I like target I don’t like going to Starbucks and ordering a drink to go and getting home or back to work and realizing my drink is completely wrong. Everyone does not drink regular milk I prefer almond or coconut and I have a drink right now that has whole milk in it, I can taste it. ?
