Really good coffee here but staff didn't give me a straw. I had to reach over the counter and grab my own. Other than that everything was good
I waoted fo 15 minutes for 3 pastries for no reason. I know they are frozen. I didnt ask them to be heated. Why wasmt i given an option? The workers ignore the customers. Never been there and will never go back. Every customer waiting was upset standing with me

I was trying to communicate with the barista that the tea was very hot and they can do something to change that, she wasn't very polite either, saying she can do nothing else but offer me ice, made me look ridiculous in front of the customers , what I was really trying to say is check the temperature, don't serve it so hit °375 on my toung

This location is by far the worst Starbuck that I have ever visited.2 weeks ago their ice machine is broken,so no ice for my ice latte(so I got latte with water,piss warm).today one of their machine is broken so waited for 30 minutes still no drink.ask for a refund the barister Tiera I think that’s her name tell me to wait on line to get my refund.THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!

Every time I visit this place the a/c is on full blast and you can't sit down for very long because it's just too cold. Could be a nice place to get work done or meet with friends, but the climate issue is a huge problem. The attached pic was taken at 3pm on a Wednesday. There's no one here except me in my hoodie.
