Absolutely awful customer service. Walk in and bc I actually got out of my car to place an order I am penalized. 5 people working behind the counter and I was told that it will be a while before someone can take my order. Awful awful customer service. Stay away.

If you go here make sure you have an hour to spare, absolute trash service & they employ’s don’t care about it as well, their excuse we’re busy. Save your time & go to some other store, because this starbucks is worse then Dunkin donuts. Corporate needs to look into this store asap.

This is my usual go to starbucks because it is closest to my house. Everytime I have visited it has been nothing but bad service, very slow service (i've once waited 20 minutes for one drink order that I ordered 12 minutes prior), and always some sort of mess up with my order. My drink today was completely just ice and the drink was finished within a minute due to it being 90% ice. To top it all off, my drink was not even filled all the way when I received it. My drink was gone and now i have a cup of ice. very disappointed especially if I am paying $7+ for an average tasting coffee I should expect more drink then ice.

If i could give this starbucks ZERO stars I would. Takes FOREVER to get any sort of drink or anything. Ive even waited 10 minutes AFTER ordering only to be asked if I was waiting...and THEN my drinks were made. The drive thru is slow overgrown trash jungle.

I placed a mobile order for pickup and was extremely disappointed with the experience. When I arrived, the parking lot was packed and the drive-through was backed up, so I went inside. To my surprise, there was a massive line of about 20 people waiting for mobile pickup orders. It ended up taking 35 minutes before my order was finally placed on the pickup shelf.
This defeats the entire purpose of mobile ordering, which is supposed to save time and provide convenience. While I remained patient, this experience was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location, and I will not recommend it to others. WHAT A JOKE

The store itself is nice. The drive thru is functional, the parking lot and outdoor seating is great. However they are beyond slow. I’ll mobile order from 10 minutes away and when I get there I still wind up waiting another solid 10 minutes when there’s nobody in the store, there’s nobody on the drive thru line and no other mobile orders sitting around so what are you doing. Great place if you have hours to spare. The drinks are also never consistent.
Worst Starbucks on the island. I waited 30 minutes for 1 coffee. They without a doubt need to bring in management to revamp this place. There is always a ridiculous wait as it is but never this long. I go out of convenience to my house but I will just take the longer route and go to the other one on hylan or Richmond Ave. Hopefully they get it together because it is a nice location with a drive thru but come on!!
