Place is clean but it's not stroller friendly to enter and order. Luckily I can place mobile orders but I couldn't look at the tumblers and mugs. If I push my stroller any closer I will block everyone. I wish they do something about the entrance to the register. I don't always like ordering on mobile.
Drinks are on point, as usual. Staffs are quick during rush hour. They're a lot busier now since the one at the mall closed.
This morning I waited a long time for my latte but never received it. When I asked, they said a little boy had taken my drink — even though I came alone. The two girls staff at the counter also had a very bad attitude and gave me unpleasant looks, as if I had done something wrong. If they don’t feel like working, they should just stay home instead of coming out and ruining other people’s day

It's dirty and there was a spill of coffee and none of the employees cleaned it and let it sit. I cleaned it up and waited for my drink which is great as usual. The employee didn't close a drink properly and it leaked a bit on my shirt. The place is a bit messy and sticky but the drinks always taste great 👍. Unfortunately a dog ate my left leg there though 😢.

Fellow Starbucks barista here, amazing service and amazing team. I’ve come here a few times to get some work done and they’ve been nothing but nice to me. They provide incredible customer service, and I want that to be recognized!

Became much less attractive after they reduced the seating space for unclear reasons just to 4 small tables and narrowed the hallway, which people pass through all the time on the way to the toilet. They also fence it off in the evenings even before closing time.
Most annoyingly, I came back after a month or so, and there still is some sort of fire alarm that is constantly beeping loudly (see video). The crew randomly comes and shuts it down by pressing some button - but mostly it’s on.
It’s unbelievable they just leave it like that and can’t fix it for weeks.
Maybe this is just this branch’s way to subtly encourage clients to leave as quickly as possible? Or maybe they are waiting for one of the baristas to sue them for hearing-damaging work conditions?
A mystery.
The food and the service is OK. Baristas are nice, but they seem to be desensitized to this insanity, or just obediently accepting this torture as their faith.

Terrible service by Magdalena store manager she does not have any customer service skills nor does she care about customer satisfaction she gets paid a very large salary only to be rude and obnoxious and treat customers very badly I asked for extra Matcha and she basically said here's a small cup do it yourself very rude and nasty toxic behavior for a manager to treat customers so badly she needs to transferred or retrained before Starbucks loses more customers.

The staff are great! The coffee is OK. They have a great blueberry muffin. Their jalapeño chicken wrap is OK. Dunkin's is better but Starbucks' costs less.

order my Carmel ribbon crunch taste different every times , but today 3/20/25 is the worst taste like just coffee never again
