Waited 25 minutes for my espresso. When I inquired about it, they told me to wait a few more minutes. Unfortunately, I hadto ask the server for a refund because I was still waiting cluelessly . Couldn’t wait any longer, on to an appt. without getting my refund. Is that how we do business Starbucks?

Green tea Frappuccino is pretty good, and moca capuchino is good but too much ice. I like to taste my coffee, not watered down, because of too much ice

The associates were working hard and they were polite. They had a line of customer's and they did a good job of moving the line. I got a caramel ribbon crunch,less the crunchies due to none being available. But they did let me know before hand and I still got my coffee. One more associate, would have been nice to maintain cleaning the counters side and refill their napkins. Overall I was satisfied.

St as bruck SSD does have good coffee...minimal items for FOR BREAKFAST.. And they are pricey... WE HERE ELSE CAN YOU GET A CUP OF COFFEE AND A PIECE OF POUND CAKE FOR ALMOST. 8 BUCKS.....

The NEVER have chocolate chips so they won't make Java chip Fraps. I only go there because it's the only Starbucks near the Yukon mta bus depot. Hey Starbucks. Get it together. And half the time the kids that work there turn off the lights so it appears to be closed.
