I came here today 3/7 I asked about a drink that the lady said oh that’s discontinued and had lime 7 things I can’t make that I said ok no problem can I ordered a drink that was once on the menu VERY SIMPLE a frappe with 3 pump vanilla and dragon fruit infusion. This lady says we can’t do that we I’m like why she proceeds to say well the fruit will brake my blender like WHAT ? Isn’t blenders made to blend fruit ice etc your telling me my ninja can crush ice but your commercial blenders can’t blend dried fruit ? Her name was Jean VERY RUDE AND LAZY !!!!!!!!

It is unbelievable how they always get the coffee wrong. I went in there for black coffee. It was so light you can see right through it..So she says do you want milk? 🤦🏼‍♀️I said no I just want black iced coffee. Manager comes along she put a shot in it you and says you have pay for it. I was like lady I paid for black ice coffee why would I pay more? Is this the new scheme they’re doing now no one knows what they’re doing in there!! She actually asked me if I wanted milk again.. they really are disorganized and when you have a manager that just is as worse, this is why I’m going to a different Starbucks going to the one new Dorp now much better. 2/1/25

I have been to a few Starbucks and this one takes the piss out of them. The service here below par, waited to place an order while an employee who should be taking the order spent a good 5 minutes cleaning the counter while we waited. The order was finally placed and I waited some time to get the order.

I do hope someone from corporate sorts this out.

Bad service, the guy who was helping me with my order was very angry and in a bad attitude. In addition, the drinks I ordered were tasteless, my home made one was better. I am not sure the quality of Starbucks is still worth the price anymore.

Terrible experience, the quality has real gone down hill. Not enough staff, and the drink tasted like garbage. For almost $10 a cup, you'll think it will taste decent.

We ordered coffee and waited online for over a 1/2 hour and it did not move. They were taking 2 people at a time and making everybody sit there. I had to make my daughter go into the store and back up off of the line to get our 4 coffees. Which was already melted.And when my daughter went inside and asked for our drinks. The people started laughing at her and laughing about the line and saying how funny it was that they weren't rushing what a terrible experience.

Ooo where o where did my Burger King go.. Use to be a staple in the community for over 50 years.. in one form or another. Glad Starbucks picked it up!! Great bathroom spot clean and easy walk in/roll in.

I love Starbucks but this particular location cannot make basic drinks. They never get my order correct even when I say it slowly and one thing at a time and give them time to enter it into their register. I had to have my drinks remade and the stickers printed on my cups were incorrect. Even when they remade my orders, it was so gross I had to throw them away. Go to the location on Richmond Ave, they have experienced baristas. I hope the workers on Hylan learn soon because I like the location and the place looks great otherwise. If I give them another chance and my orders are consistently better then I will change my star rating.
