I do not recommend this place to anyone! All the workers are unfriendly, they greet you with dissatisfied faces, they do not want to work, they do not give orders, they ignore you when you ask for your order. Disgusting service! The managers should check their employees for competence and fire those who do not want to work. Never come to this place, drink coffee in another restaurant!

I have to say how impressed I am with their service, they will make your drinks in just a minute , the employees are very nice and welcoming and so as the manager. They handle a lot of annoying kids from New dorp hs, and they have like 50 or 100 kids coming in, and they will be done by 20 minutes with them.

I ordered a double espresso macchiato. They did not prepare what I ordered. Made an order a second time, paid extra for a staff error. They cooked the wrong thing again. I'm already afraid to order for the third time, because the staff is deaf. Train the staff to listen and hear the customer's order, adjust the order.

The time I visited it was quiet, coffee was prepared quickly and courteously. The only issue of note is a loose outlet on the wall by the street-facing window, which was a perfect spot otherwise. The chargers kept slipping out.
This new Starbucks is absolutely horrific, completely understaffed! 30min for a drink, drive through line atleast 45min wait. Workers leave you at the cashier line as if they don’t see you. Overall horrible service
