The high school students can be a bit much during the week. Otherwise, the staff is awesome and pleasant. They have not made a mistake on my drinks and know me by name when I enter.

Been going go this Starbucks for years. The workers are really nice and friendly, they always make the orders right. It can get busy during rush hour or when kids get out of school but the wait time is manageable.

IF YOU would not like to sell coffee in the early morning, CHANGE your open time. If you don’t want to work in the early morning ,change your schedule or change your job.

Congratulations staff at 2530 Hylan blvd for making this Starbucks the worst ever of NYC. In addition, how can the staff screw up a simple drink (chocolate cream cold brew). I would not recommend this Starbucks unless they replace the entire staff. Thank you for wasting my time and money. Fortunately, I have my go to Starbucks will provide me a replacement free of charge.FYI: NYPD was having their morning breakfast party at this Starbucks. Taxpayer dollars going to the NYPD party instead of serving and protecting the civilians of Staten Island. May explain why crime is so high here. Sorry for the lengthy post.

I’ve been coming to this starbucks ever since I started going to new dorp hs (2017) and knew this place ran slow but today was a completely different experience. I mobile ordered a hot carmel macchiato at 8:10 am since I work nearby at 8:30 am. I waited 10 mins and asked one of the baristas if the drink was ready yet and she said it may take a while. Asked again a few mins after and she said that there is no drink for my name and everyone looked super confused . I confirm the locations and pick up time and they had blank faces. I had to refund my whole order and mind you the other peoples drinks in front of me were screwed up as well. That’s what happens when you let one guy do all the drinks and clearly he has no idea what he’s doing. Come on starbucks- DO BETTER and hire better staff. Or at least train them to work under rush hours … ridiculous.
This place serves a strange and chaotic combination of homeless people (some friendly and clean, some psychotic and disruptive) and high school kids (who apparently have ten different lunch breaks). Don’t go here to work or study. The flirting and burping and vaping teenagers and a potentially violent-to-his-girlfriend homeless guy were distracting enough. However, then a group of boys got in a tiff with a different homeless lady, who then called the cops. Fortunately the cops were already friends with the boys; apparently everyone’s part of the neighborhood. But boy, not a place to study or work. If you want a sit down place STEER CLEAR.Two points instead of one because the service was great and the disruptions were entertaining.

Crap starbucks. Always a lengthy wait for Food items... 15-20 minutes plus. People heating the food moving like theyre on gummies swimming through molasses. Sold out items youre still charged for on mobile app, and if youre lucky theyll eventually tell you theyre out of stock while youre waiting your 20 minutes. Coffee beverages are always hit or miss and rarely made as requested in mobile app. Doesnt matter if theyre packed or dead, same crap service.
