I ordered the Sugar cookie latte. This tastes & looks like flavored water. I never received coffee from your establishment that this latte tastes nasty. I would like a refund. This coffee tastes disgusting. I asked for whip cream & foam no sprinkles. I hardly order from your establishment anymore as is.

Every cup of matcha latte is not sugary, just like drinking water.
I came in for two black coffee , 1 person a head of me in line , two employees on one register explaining to the new hire how things work , it took 3 minutes to even greet me and say hello coffe was fine but customer service needs to improve. Took me 7 minutes to get a simple coffe with one girl ahead of me

Ordered a drink for my 4 year old asked for no ice and the cup was half empty when i asked where was the rest of the drink they said because there’s no ice we can’t fill the cup “company policy”
