I ordered off of Uber eats from this location, I paid for regular almond milk with an additional splash of almond milk. I rarely complain but the fact I paid extra for more milk and got none is unbelievable.

Slowest starbucks I’ve ever been to. Staff takes extremely long to greet you and make your drinks even if you come before the morning rush. Can never get a quick coffee here.

The impossible sandwich was perfect! The customer service was ok. Typically, Starbucks employees are far more chipper, BUT it was very early, and we just sprung forward, so that MAY not be the norm. But my medicine ball tea,... it was very much watered down. I couldn't go back, but I did call the store, and the gentleman I spoke to was very kind and tried to make it right, and that right there means the most!

This is our favorite Starbucks in Staten Island.We live in the neighborhood, and this small coffee shop became a part of our routine. Every weekend, we go for a walk to and from there. Staff is friendly, our order is always the same and tastes great. We wish the decor/ sitting were more cozy. Otherwise, I highly recommend!

When one of the drinks in my order was wrong (I think I ordered it incorrectly) Avery insisted on remaking it for me. This made my day since I had been craving it! Even though it was a very busy store she stayed cheerful and made each customer feel important. Avery wished us a good day and safe trip home with a big smile. Thanks for a great experience

This Starbucks is the best… the line was… notably LONG… and the way this team showed up together.. next level. There’s a girl there with gauges. She seems to be the leader.. humble, grounded and running the line. The entire time works so well together.. makes the experience - the experience.
