Never come to this Starbucks! I ordered a pink drink and tasted it , realizing that the milk was expired so they made me a new one saying it is normal for the milk to separate when they leave it out as if I was supposed to drink expired milk. The second one they gave me also tasted weird but I thought it was fine ,when I went home the milk had completely separated from the other ingredients .I gaged at the thought that I drunk a bit of that.

Starbucks products are fairly consistent across all stores, which is one of the reasons I love them, but the staff is what really makes one store shine above the rest. The staff I encountered at Woodridge Road Starbucks were awesome. My Starbucks app was not working, and both staff members remained friendly and helpful while I tried for 5 minutes to log back in. (Luckily, there were no other customers in the store as it was 5:30 am) I was frustrated and they were empathetic. Kudos to the staff at Woodrow Rd Starbucks!

They always mess up my drink and then when you ask for it to be fixed. It’s still wrong. Got 1 person making 6 drinks at a time jumping from one drink to another before the first one was even finished. How is that Quality?

Absolutely the most poorly managed Starbucks..You let the kids run wild in that place..They leave their bikes on the sidewalk that people especially elderly maybe on way to PT have to climb around the bikes thrown on ground..walk in the lot where other people drive and park wherever amd however they want BIG TIME Hazzard. .. Also poorly managed lot in general.. if you value your life and vehicle stay out of this Starbucks .. and for that $$ they cheap with filling the cups.. worst
It's not coffee, it's coffee-colored water for $4.08After this comment I came again 10 times the coffee is always bad, the color is not dark enough, the taste is not coffee at

ordered an iced coffee with whipped. they forgot the whipped cream. asked for more the barista literally lifted the cap off and drew a line with it. obviously that’s not how you add whipped to a cold drink and i paid for whipped cream so it was disrespectful to see that. also, because i asked for my whipped cream he proceeded to not finish my order until i asked for the rest of my order…three drinks. then i asked for my whipped cream to be added correctly with the cap and he put like a drop… i don’t know what kind of poor training or lack of care i just witnessed but super weird. especially considering i paid for my order and wasn’t rude about it despite the disrespect i received.
