I came to Staten Island to visit my sister after not visiting for years. This Starbucks took away all the seating it used to have and got rid of the bathroom. On top of that, their espresso machine was down. I wound up having their Christmas Blend - which I always used to like, but it just wasn’t great. It would have been better if I could sit down and sip it there instead of shivering while walking up and down Forest Ave with it sloshing around.

I cant believe what happened today 11-6-25 I was outside the store around 4 am waiting for the bearista cup realease. Saw the employees put out 3 on the shelf, btw i have pictures and time stamps. As soon as they were about to open they decided to grab all 3 and picket them. 2 females and 1 male. When confronted a out it the females and male both laughed and said “we got them so no more left” As per employee’s you cannot buy these items until they are on the shelf 15 minutes after opening. Gl on finding a new job because the video and photos are sent to corporate and will take full action.

Ordered on the app, 1 iced drink and 2 chocolate croissants. App stated order would be ready in 7-12 min. Got there in 15, drink was completed, food was not. The young lady at the food made 2 orders ( 7 people on staff) then went to the register, while there were about 4 tickets of food awaiting. 5 mins go by and one of the staff is just walking around, after 10min I ask and magically someone starts to make heat up my order. I asked for a bag and was told 5 cents, I was unaware fast food restaurants are now charging for bags 🤷♀️. The quality in this place just continues to decline. Only reason I was there was bc of a coupon, but everytime I try to give starbucks another chance they just prove to me why I need to go to a mom and pops.
My drink was made with a slight wait cuz fresh is best and damn was my order absolutely perfect. The store was mostly clean but the lean bars didn't give it the Starbucks vibes you're used to, the lack of seating gave it upscale bodega vibes like take your drink and go. (The overflowing dumpsters outside are probably why the location was previously shut down for their roach infestation...I mean for renovation🤫)

We asked for strawberry I’ll see a refresher we asked for lemonade. There was no lemonade we asked for ice. There was no ice. We asked for the strawberries and they were strawberries. Drink tasted like Was halfway full
