On google maps it says they are open until 8, we came 10 minutes before and just for them to say they’re closed. Pure disappointment.

I arrived at this Starbucks at 7:20 PM. Online it says the store closes at 8:00 PM, but the staff told me it was already closed. I walked 10 minutes to get here, and it was very disappointing to be turned away before the listed closing time.
If the hours have changed, please update them online. Otherwise, I hope the staff is reminded to honor the posted schedule. Thank you.

HORRIBLE! Baristas are so nasty and have such an attitude. They are not willing to help out customers without snapping back with a rude reply. I have complained multiple times about this specific location and nothing changes. Change your attitude and while your at it find a job that suits your disgusting behavior.

The Starbucks inside of Target is the ABSOLUTE BEST STARBUCKS ON STATEN ISLAND. I am not joking, I have been to all of them and they all suck except for this one. At other locations I have had multiple problems with employees not willing to fix drinks, making silly mistakes, and having long wait times even when mobile ordering. Periodically at the Target Starbucks I have to wait, but it's usually faster then in any of their other store fronts, they always make my drink right, and there staff is super kind and clearly trained well. I love this Starbucks!

This Starbucks is now closed...Google states that this Starbucks closes at 9:00pm.....it is exactly 8:07 pm....WHAT'S THE DEAL????? The guy with the tattoo had a can of whipped cream in his hand. You have to be kidding!!! Just wanted a medium black coffee. The business professionalism here on south shore of Staten Island NY is below par. People here not friendly...and businesses here have an attitude..Tottenville included!
