Love it here. The staff is great. The people are mostly people so you get good and bad. But it has some great places to eat here and a great gym. Washer and dryer in unit sold this place on me.

This building was amazing. All the staff were so incredible. I primarily worked with Ashley as my leasing agent from management office. She’s one of the best. I moved out of here to move in with my husband. I had to break my lease a couple months early and these guys were sooo accommodating of that. They helped me market the apartment to hopefully get another tenant in before my move out date. Now that I’m in Brooklyn management companies here are not at all helpful. They’re just happy to keep ur security deposit. Urby was amazing. I would definitely live here again. They’re so responsive to maintenance requests. Mike is the superintendent and he’s always always on top of everything. I’ve never put in a maintenance request and been disappointed. This is one of the places I’d say truly treats its residents with a luxury experience. Definitely worth the money.

I have Been at Urby 5 months I cannot tell you how amazing it is. The staff. Is absolutely marvelous. Ashley helped me Settle and assited with all My paperwork and was absolutely super helpful after settling in I meet, Brian and Brandon who are always helpful and do amazing community events. I loved the pool always clean and maintained, the gym is easy access to me and dispite other reviews it's a very clean building I constantly hear them vacuuming the halls. The maintenance crew is also on point had a few situations needed help with and they responded immediately. Ivan and Tim the security staff also pleasant. I love Urby thankful to have made the move. You all are amazing. Happy Holidays

We lived in Staten Island Urby for 1 year and that was great. Building is clean, stylish and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes on 1st floor. There is a water in front of building so air is always fresh. Building has great management, Ashley Hernandez was always helpful, positive and kind. There is also gym, pool with no amenities fee. SI Urby is great choice for its price.

The walls are pretty thin here, so if there's a loud neighbor next to you, you will hear him sneeze, clap, and sometimes even talk. I don't hear the neighbor on the other side of the wall (except for vacuum cleaning), so it's a mix of thin walls and the neighbor being really loud. He plays loud music even during the quiet hours, causing much stress. The management is friendly and responsive, but their solution to loud music noise is me having to call security every time I hear it, which is like every other day.It's a "smoke-free building," but I can smell weed in the hallway every day and sometimes in my unit, too. Other than that, the amenities like the cafe and the gym (+ workout classes) are nice.Location-wise, it's nice that Stapleton station is right outside the apartment. And the ferry ride for commute is great, too. But Staten Island doesn't feel safe/clean in general.
