I wanted a cold cut combo (6.99 meal of the day Monday July 28th @ 11:40 am I wanted to verify what was on the sandwich before I continued with the purchase. Online it states there is turkey salami and Balongni i wanted to know what kind of salami it was I asked the brown skin dark breaded male associate with the glasses what was on the sandwich he begin to tell me I can make my own sandwich I stated I understand that I’d just like to know what’s on the combo he again starts to tell me of the options they have I stated I understand that I’m just looking for clarification on the combo he gets frustrated and tells me they don’t have what Iam asking for . I realized he was an unprofessional little boy so I placed my order online to limit our interaction he placed my order with cheese and baloney no turkey or salami, as stated online when I asked him where were the other two weeks his reply was I’m not making the sandwich over the sandwiches is incomplete let alone remaking it in the middle of this unfortunate event, another customer into the store with the same exact issue sandwiches being made incorrectly upon asking for clarification. The associate becomes extremely frustrated with the customer and then denies them service. two mins later the actual owner walks in and he is a very sweet man he apologize profusely it’s sad his Business has to and will suffer from Unprofessional Disrespectful disgusting individuals

It feels like the owner or manager trains the sandwich artists to use the least amount of ingredients, below what is recommended by subway. Barely 2 scoops of tuna used on my foot long. A whole lot of bread & nothing much inside. Stay away
