I must say that I had a wonderful experience for my online food pickup on 9/6/24. I was greeted with a warm, friendly smile by Niro. Niro made sure I double checked my order before leaving. He was personable, welcoming, and made a smooth transition for this online order pickup. I was delighted by his customer service and enjoyed it. Thanks for the business Niro. Yes the shop is run by one person, but Niro is probably the best person to run it. He actually talks to his customers and not like a programmed robot. Always pleasant when he's in shop and I'm grabbing lunch on a break. Food is always fresh and up to date

While it is a only a subway the dude who works there daily is one of the best costumer service people around. Not only does he keep the place spotless but any time there are no customers he is always restocking and making the place look clean and neat. Thats pretty much the best you can hope for when it comes to fast food so keep up the great work dude!
Niro is the absolute best at what he does, super friendly, helpful beyond imagination, and will definitely be coming back to this subway when need be! Definitely deserve a raise!
