I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The staff member who served me was extremely disrespectful and had a clear attitude problem. I personally witnessed him slam my food on the table, which felt both unprofessional and uncalled for. No customer should be treated this way, and such behavior should not be tolerated in any business. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue—customers deserve to be treated with basic respect.

Did a mobile order and the guy refused to give me my order when I showed him my receipt on my phone was very rude and smashed the food on the counter along with cursing behind his breath and at every customer that walked in he was complaining and being rude as well meanwhile, there was hair in my cookies But I didn’t even want to complain because the guy employee was already very disrespectful. This place should only hire people that know how to interact with other people and aren’t so miserable

Rude employees, rushing customers and not to mention the food not the best. Also they never take coupons with offers which makes no sense. Many times people come in with coupons and they tell you no with an attitude. If you don’t like your job leave and let someone else do it simple.

Went there twice around 12pm weekdays- young man behind the counter was extremely rude. He should not be interacting with the public. Franchisee should take action. If I walk in again and he is there, I will walk right back out.
If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. The place is filthy, the staff shows no regard for hygiene, and the knives are dirty. You can’t even see the protein anymore because it's hidden behind a metal barrier, which makes it even more unsettling since you can't see what the food looks like. The employee was rude and seemed unhappy. None of the utensils were clean. I will definitely never return.

Disgusting would not recommend I walked into the Subway shop waiting to be served the guy who's making the sandwich is already doing somebody else's order who is there for pickup I wait patiently for the guy who's picking up the order to leave so now when it's my turn and stuff the guy wipes his nose and his face after he wipes his nose and his face I'm thinking he's going to wash his hands but instead he grab some gloves I said in my head okay whatever so he proceeds to go to make a sandwich that's already pre-made I guess another order because he has two sandwiches for order I say hi and the guy does not acknowledge me instead of having an attitude and throwing a fit I just calmly walked out of the store because one you did not acknowledge me and too if you're wiping your face with and without gloves making other people's sandwiches I don't want you touching mine. So instead of getting a wrap or pretzel or cookies I just left would not recommend
