Listen as Subway is only for a quick lunch once in a while as generally speaking their luncheon meats and cheeses are disgusting and the less meat on the sandwich is all the better as if you have lettuce and tomatoes and oil and vinegar you can pretty much enjoy the sandwich but eating subway is only a 2 or 3 times a year event.. .

Me and my mom come to this subway often and Nirmal takes excellent care of us! The staff here is very friendly and the food always comes out fresh and perfect. The best subway on the island for sure!
I’m not a regular, but I come here at least 3 times a month because I’ve always liked the sandwiches. After today, though, I’m really questioning whether I’ll return.
I was told my total was $12.95, and I don’t normally ask for a receipt — but today I did. When I checked it later, I noticed a $1.30 tip had been added, bringing the total to $14.25. I wasn’t asked if I wanted to leave a tip, and if I had been, I would’ve said yes. But adding it without my consent feels sneaky and dishonest.
I usually leave the change in coins and sometimes add a dollar when I have the chance. So, it’s not like I don’t tip — I just prefer to do it on my own terms. It makes me wonder: How long have they been doing this to me, or even to other customers? I trusted them, and I’m writing this review to warn others. This is not how you should treat customers.
Placed an order on the app where I CLEARLY wrote dressing on the side of my protein bowl. I knew I should have checked the order upon pickup. I get home and the dressing was NOT on the side, but instead DRENCHED on top of the salad. It was way too much dressing, hence the reason I wanted it on the SIDE!! I felt like I was eating soup. I called this location TWICE and both times I get their VM but you can’t leave a message. Young kid was working..probably on his phone while making the order or can’t read well. Should not have given a tip!!! Check your order before leaving the store people.

BEST SUBWAY ON THE ISLAND I ALWAYS COME HERE AND I HAVE A SUBWAY BY MY HOUSE THAT I REFUSE TO GO TO BUT THIS ONE is 10/10 ! Delicious food and great sandwhiches ! Highly recommend
This is my go to subway the guys are always happy to see you and always take care of you.

I went to order a sandwich today and the manager made me wait 10 minutes to order and then told me they don't accept coupons and then 3 different sandwiches I tried to order he said he didn't have the right ingredients to make any of them . Horrible customer service. Avoid at all costs if you value your time and decent customer

I had placed an order for pick-up, but unfortunately, it was mistakenly given to another customer, prompting the need for its reconstruction. During the process, an older employee inquired about the sandwich's contents, and when I requested extra mayo for one of the sandwiches, he responded with a disapproving tone, remarking, "Jeez, How much do you need?" while shaking his head. (I had already paid for the additional mayo through the app.) As he proceeded to prepare my second sandwich, I asked for a generous portion of banana peppers. He informed me that he could only provide a limited amount, yet he did include a satisfactory quantity. I then requested a slightly larger portion, but he expressed reluctance, stating, "I am only permitted to give you eight." (Once again, I had paid for extra banana peppers through the application.) I am disappointed by the service I received, as the establishment is typically known for its amiable staff. Moreover, they seemed to be in a hurry to expedite my departure from the premises due to their high workload. Additionally, the beverages I received were noticeably lacking in carbonation, rendering them disappointingly flat.

Won’t chop salad. Even though it’s on listed online and the chopper was in my line of sight. I stopped the order and they wasted product. Should correct your employees to save the sale when they can before this loss of revenue and product happens again.
