Truthfully, even one star is too much for this establishment. I walked in around 8:30 when your website says you would close at 10, was immediately greeted by dirty looks. Once the employee had pulled up the counter over the meats area he had pulled it all the way up to which I could not see the sandwich being made when he had moved it to the next station. I had noticed that he had no gloves on after seeing me get turned off he had went to grab them and to make this situation even worse while I was standing in front of him waiting for him to select credit on his end so that I can use my Apple Pay to check out he had picked up his apron and was adjusting his pants while whatever he was wearing under his pants was showing… I was truly baffled. I had walked out and basically immediately throughout the sandwich, I had opened it just to confirm how poorly it was made, a turkey and ham foot-long that I paid well over $15 for had maybe a total of 4 slices of meat on it… It’s so insane to me with the continuous negative reviews at this place is still open.

The meat is old. I ordered a sub on DoorDash I ate half of the sandwich and saw a long black hair in it. I contacted the subway telling them there’s a hair they said they can’t do anything about it and didn’t care to even apologise and hung up in my face. Boycotting all subways can’t trust them. 0 stars

It’d be cool if the plaza would put in a handicap accessible curb in one of the two parking spots in front of the doors. A lot of customers come up that way and kinda struggle with stepping on and off the sidewalk there, older folks and people with strollers. There’s one a few suites down but it’s not as busy.

Service was great. The people inside super cool. I have to ask though. When did a tuna sandwhich with a footlong cookie come out to around $20? You have got to be kidding me. No wonder no one comes in subway anymore. These prices are absolutely ridiculous. I bought my own chips and soda somewhere else. Fix the prices subway.
Last night I made online order buy one get one free foot long and when I picked up and got home, I found piece of hair, it was the guy working there so it was definitely a guys hair on it and it really disgusted me. There should be some food safety precautions or some sort of hat to prevent this in near future.

I’m a regular customer I’ve been coming here for 5 years now it’s the same people since I moved here they were good until now. Very rude and bad service. I bought a sandwich and it tasted expired. I went back and told them and showed them and they took the food and threw it in the garbage and got mad when I said it tasted expired. They made me a new one and still tasted expired. Their food is not clean or fresh AT ALL the lettuce was slimy. It tasted and smelled disgusting. 0/10.
