I remember when I could see the kind and quality of meats I asked to put on my Heros, now, I can't c anything, it's hidden behind some Silver covering. I think the Workers are too slow and acts as though they don't Know What they're doing when you ask for What u want. Even the Southwest Chipotle sauce doesn't taste as good as I remembered it. I was treated to my meal, otherwise, I wouldn't have gone there.

Placed a pickup order through the subway app. Two regular footling sandwiches, for some reason in the store their machine printed the receipt as two flat bread sandwiches. I showed the store owner the order in the app and how it showed two regular footlong sandwiches. They immediately took the stance that the customer was wrong. They basically told me to bad. It a sad state of affairs when a store won’t fix an order when it probably only cost them $2 dollars to make the sandwich. I will never return to this store. If they can’t afford that who else knows what costs they’ll cut.

The sandwich was good. I tried the Churro it was nasty. The food cart in Port Richmond has a better Churro. Also the server pretended not to understand English when I presented a Subway coupon.

The food was good but the staff were awful. Had a really bad attitude. Didn’t listen to my order properly and made an extra 6 inch sub which wasn’t needed. After that his attitude completely changed. He was rude and even was frustrated on me. Would not recommend this place specially for the service!!! Awful experience.
I don't come here I just wanted lunch, but this lady who I think might be new or just really riping off people wanted to give 3 piece of meat for a 6 inch sub and wanted to charge me extra for more?? even her manager came and told her to put more . Then she put in 5 pieces of spinach .. I mean, I had to tell her to put more ... and then she squeezed the sanchwich when she put in the bag. I was horrified at this service. Never again.

Store claims to be open till 11 pm, but Chinese lady yelled out that they were closing early because “today is Sunday”. She said she wouldn’t toast it because “we almost closing, we cannot use heat”.Avoid this place, this subway is worse than the rest of them on the island.

Store was busy and staff very friendly and made fully stuffed sandwiches. Vegetables were fairly fresh. Unfortunately the bread was stale completely and was solid as a rock when I got home about 5 min later. Very disappointed but not worth going back since it was already late. Never going back to this subway again.
