The food was good but the staff were awful. Had a really bad attitude. Didn’t listen to my order properly and made an extra 6 inch sub which wasn’t needed. After that his attitude completely changed. He was rude and even was frustrated on me. Would not recommend this place specially for the service!!! Awful experience.

Ordered a meatball footlong on the app for in store pick up. Sandwich tasted great but the service wasnt that good. When I went inside to pick up, there were no other customers and the worker did not acknowledge me. When I walked up and told her I am here to pick up an online order, she pointed at the soda machine and told me to get it myself.

A bit frustrating that there's a sign that says they don't take coupons especially how relatively expensive things are getting. However, the guy who was making our two sandwiches was sure to really pack them. Any time I go to any other subway location I have to ask for extras of my toppings, but this is probably the one location that isn't skimpy with toppings. I don't understand why people gave this location one star. It's like any other typical Subway franchise, of course you're not going to be treated like you're at a 3 star Michelin restaurant. This place is pretty good ignore the other reviews.

I don't come here I just wanted lunch, but this lady who I think might be new or just really riping off people wanted to give 3 piece of meat for a 6 inch sub and wanted to charge me extra for more?? even her manager came and told her to put more . Then she put in 5 pieces of spinach .. I mean, I had to tell her to put more ... and then she squeezed the sanchwich when she put in the bag. I was horrified at this service. Never again.

Picked up my wife from JFK and she needed to eat, so we stopped here on the way back. The guy on hand had to be told multiple times that no, we didn't want two sandwiches, just the one for her. She got the combo, listed on the menu for $3 extra, and when I looked at the receipt, I saw this guy had charged us $3.50. Between this, and the lack of bathrooms, it was just an altogether scummy encounter.

Store claims to be open till 11 pm, but Chinese lady yelled out that they were closing early because “today is Sunday”. She said she wouldn’t toast it because “we almost closing, we cannot use heat”.Avoid this place, this subway is worse than the rest of them on the island.

Store was busy and staff very friendly and made fully stuffed sandwiches. Vegetables were fairly fresh. Unfortunately the bread was stale completely and was solid as a rock when I got home about 5 min later. Very disappointed but not worth going back since it was already late. Never going back to this subway again.

If you visit this Subway Remember they will not take valid coupons at all! So expect to pay full price for a mediocre sandwich. You can better spend that same amount for any other hero places. Same holds true for Subway on Richmond Hill Road. They post 4 undesirable sandwiches.that they will take coupons for. This is a small hand typed notice.. All others are full price. These franchises are going to lose many customers. Very bad customer relations.
