Don’t believe the pictures in the menu. Their burgers don’t worth 15$. Pickles were cold and not tasty at all. Stuff fries doesn’t look like on the pictures. Overall, for the price I paid, I expected much better. I won’t be coming back.

Such a shame, ive always had good experience with this restaurant until tonight i ordered an impossible burger and some sides for delivery through slice the driver called to tell me the impossible burger was out of stock so i asked for the whole order to be refunded cause as a vegetarian i cant have a different one i was told yes and then contacted slice for a refund they told me the store is ignoring their calls so now i paid $50 for food i never got and cant get a refund

Picked up a too good to go order and the worker proceeds to tell me a couple of minutes and after ten minutes I got up again and he tells me ten minutes. I don't mind waiting but a customer shouldn't be lied to, just say it's going to take some time. Burger and fries however were delicious.

I live in Miami Florida and I’ve always lived a nice life while coming to Brooklyn where I’m staying. I’ve been to burger spots, but can none compete with. Not because of its food but because of the atmosphereand its service. When I ate here, I didn’t just leave with a satisfied stomach. I left here with a brother and his name is Michael. He guided me to the right direction and my stomach is forever and indebted to him. I highly recommend the Miami Burger. It reminded me of home.

First time there m grandson ordered childrens chicken tender meal and a single burger for me. Was charged additional 7$ for waffle fries kids meal was served with Oreo cookies didn’t know I could get ice cream. And then I asked for tap water he tried to charge me for a water but I saw it should have been given with meal. Begrungingly he gave it to me. This is neighborhood place for me. I’m turned off and will not be going back. No bathroom for customers…not a good warm vibe in there.inappropriate tv was on for children too.

Great place, burgers are delicious, staff very friendly.
Highly recommended.

First I just want to say I thought the food was very good. I received the food very quick. The sides were a little soggy but I don’t live super close so I expect that. But what I can’t get over was spending $14 dollars for a burger that size and you don’t even get a side with it. I got the build your own slider double patty with bacon added and when I received it I could not believe how small it was, I added a photo for reference. Besides that I thought everything else was good. I do not know if I will be ordering from there again but overall if you want a very good burger it’s a solid choice but be prepared to spend a lot for not a lot of burger. Ironically enough I though the side portions were ok for the price.

I’ve been here like 4-5 times already and every other time I’ve never had this problem and this prolly going on my sixth time and I was completely disappointed this time came with my mother in law cause I wanted her to try this place out for a while long story short we came ordered our food . I ordered a supreme burger and they gave me a cowboy burger not only that I don’t eat bacon let alone any type of pork anymore so I was already disgusted to find bacon on a burger I didn’t ask for and I asked for jalapeños and pickles that’s they already charged me extra for but never got and on top of that the fries were soggy like they weren’t even fried correctly 2 we ordered a vanilla milkshake for a 9$ milkshake you’d think it’d be top tier the milk shake was EXTREMELY watered down like it only had a scoop of ice cream and milk was absolutely horrible . 3 my mother in law ordered wings and waffle fries paid in full and only recieved her wings we then. Called to let them know about the order and he told us he “thought” we said we didn’t want the fries why would we not want something we paid over 30$ for ?? And didn’t even offer to give a refund for it . Completely disappointed with this visit hopefully we don’t have the same people next time . It’s not a bad place the two men that were working there just horrible service.

this place was DELICIOUS!! i love a good smash burger but smash burger places often don’t have vegetarian options. i got a double impossible smash burger and it was SO tasty. great flavor with tons of topping options and a nice soft bun. the signature sauce was really good too. probably the best burger i’ve had in the nyc area. i also got the waffle fries which were crispy and well seasoned. i didn’t try them but they even offer vegan shakes! love to see so many options with so much flavor. the service was so attentive, fast, and kind too. they even have free board games to play while you wait (although we didn’t wait long at all for our food). can’t recommend this place enough :D

The best burger in SI really fresh ingredients, the sauce they use on their burger is amazingggg im pretty sure it’s homemade and the fries are out of this world, perfectly crispy (not a greasy mess) I’ve had them multiple time and it’s always consistent quality definitely suggest eating in!
