I ordered two orders of street chalupas and was given it without onions, greasy and overcooked. I asked for a refund because they said they didn’t have onions available which should have been told to me before ordering. A manager (Mina) came to speak to me and dismissed me once I said refund and took another employee off the line to come to me. She didn’t tell him why and he was confused as to why he was even called over. She walked away to Piattino (pizza place next door) and did not come back. I was told I cannot have a refund because I ordered via app and would have to get the money back via customer service on the app! The manager didn’t try to rectify the problem. I explained the only reason I stopped was for the street chalupas and to be missing a pertinent ingredient and not saying so ahead of time is upsetting.

The customer service here is below mediocre. I ordered two crispy chicken tacos and noticed right away that the wrong tacos were being prepared. I tried to correct the issue, and after reviewing the receipt with the expediter, we realized I had been rung up incorrectly — totally understandable.

However, when I tried to explain the mistake, the expediter (who didn’t even take my order) insisted that I ordered the wrong thing, rather than just listening and correcting it.

Just a bit of professional advice: when a customer tells you what they ordered, listen. Mistakes happen — it’s how you fix them that matters.

I won’t be spending my money here again.

The last time I went they didn't complete our order but they never do is the problem. But this time they made us drive around to wait, however that wasn't my problem the issue was the fact they told us to drive onto the sidewalk so we didn't have to go around the block again. Even with us waiting we still had missing food and had one singular ingredient they still added when we requested for it to be removed. We on purpose go when it's not busy since they have always messed up our food when it's the lunch and dinner rush every single time since they opened.

My experience at this place was horrible. I ordered a very simple meal, and they still messed it up. I ordered three tacos with just meat and cheese. They had put sour cream, lettuce and tomato on them. I knew they were busy but I hadn’t eaten anything all day. I kindly asked if they could remake it, I even asked the lady when she handed it to me if it was just meat and cheese, she said yes. I then checked and it was just the same order again. I ate one and couldn’t take it, not just because I didn’t like what was on it, but something tasted off about the meat. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Everything I wanted to order from the menu I was told by the cashier was no longer available. I asked why they’re still on the menu and she told me the company didn’t change it yet. It seems like they didn’t want any more orders because it was near closing time. I checked Taco Bell’s website and everything was still available. Either way this is a poorly managed company and doesn’t deserve my business.

One of the workers kept calling me a fat women in Spanish when the supervisor it looks like said I understand she still kept saying it I will never come back here maybe she did that because I'm black but horrible

This is one of the most fastest customer service because I ordered 2 tacos and I got what I paid for. Great service for less then 5 minutes. Quality of the meal was excellent.

There was no line and now I see why. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme & it's full of lettuce & tomatoes. No meat or sour cream. SMH first time there & last time.
