I understand that this Taco Bell is the worst on the island but come on, it’s not that hard to look at an order and “that doesn’t look right” Ordered; Baja blast-Got Diet Baja blast Regular Taco- never got Cinnamon twist- you’d think it’d come with cinnamon Chalupa- missing but replaced with nastiest looking burrito. Hopefully they get better someday

Portion sizes were smaller than usual, I had asked for a replacement of one item that was incorrect. They said because it was 90% eaten, even though it was only half eaten before the mistake was identified, my sister couldn’t get a replacement to the order. I had parked the car across the street and I was freezing, while asking this through the drive thru window. The employee said, “I’ll ask them” and then he said they came to a consensus. Heartless.
I went to the Taco Bell on Hylan and used the drive-thru. Overall, the experience was pretty good. The food was fresh, and my order was accurate, which I really appreciated. The wait time was reasonable, even though it was a bit busy. The drive-thru itself, though, was a little narrow, which made it slightly tricky to navigate, especially if you’re in a larger vehicle. Despite that, the process was smooth, and I didn’t have to wait long for my food.
The location is convenient, and I liked that everything was well-organized, making it easy to get my order and be on my way quickly. I’ll definitely be stopping by again whenever I’m in the mood for a fast food.
