Had to keep repeating order which was fustrating When I get home find that my Cantina chicken bowl was mostly lettuce,very little chicken (they charged me double chicken), and no black beans. Tried calling them, and no one would answer, (they would also disconnect.I am very disappointed with the Taco Bell on Forrest Avenue on Staten Island

They need senior staff too many young people with attitudes in that place especially the tall young lady.
Don’t go through the drive thru, it’s always chaotic and you’ll end up waiting a really long time, in fact don’t come here during rush hour dinner time. Food is great because taco bell is great, but sometimes stuff is wrong. Just double check your order before you leave. Go to the richmond or new dorp location if you have the time .

Forest Ave location - bought 4 soft tacos.
Absolutely disgusting.
Made hours earlier, lettuce was rotten, meat was foul.
Threw my "dinner" in the garbage - I bet the rats wouldn't eat it.

These people go DOWN!!! they are beyond the nicest people I have met. I’m from PA and it was like 2am and my husband and I just got in from the Staten Island ferry, we were exhausted and STARVING and this overnight crew just treated us so well like family!!!
they were joking with us and really ended our trip on such a high note!
God bless them and TO THE CREW! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! We will pray and think of you at those random times and be grateful for your kindness. (Btw: it was the crew from July 26,2024 - the overnight crew!!!! LOVE YOU GUYS!!!)

Service is good, except always forgetting the sauce after asking me if I want sauce. Process are outrageous for fast food though, better off going to a legit Taco spot.

They try their best of not for the crazy customers at this location it would be a great place to eat at. The food taste like it's taco bell obviously so complaints on the food. Slow service when it's busy but just wait for your food like everyone else and you will be fine.

pissed off rn. i ordered on the app at like 12:10 am ish after coming home from a concert. i come to pick it up it’s almost 12:30 and as soon as im about to tell them im picking up an online order it just says we are closed. so i repeat myself and they tell me to pull up to the window. this is the usual. anyway im waiting behind someone for at least 5 minutes meanwhile there’s no cars behind me. i finally get to the window some rude man asks me what do i want. i said im picking up an online order. he tells me its gonna take 10 minutes. i say that’s fine because i already paid through the app. he asked “are you sure you want to wait?” i said yes. he does the biggest sigh ever. and tells me to pull around the drive through again. at this point im tired and i wanna go home. i just went home after that. it’s 12:30 am ish and i don’t know why he gave me attitude. i also work in customer service/retail i know how people can be. but i was being nice about it. and i get it’s almost 1 am but there was still a half hour left and i didn’t order much. literally only 3 things. i just don’t understand why he gave me a hard time and attitude for no reason. like i said, i work in customer service as well and get that people can be a pain, but i wasn’t at all.

Coke tastes expired. Tacos taste too weak. The manager does not care about what their employees are up to like they say they are.Extreme level of unusual activities are happening in this place.

I've heard a unexpected situation with one of my co-workers last night. I would highly never recommend letting your daughter work here for their safety. Staten Islanders. Be aware!!
