The drive thru took a long time and i was the only car. Food was overpriced: 1 small burrito, 1 small soft taco and an order of fries was 20 dollars. They got my order wrong and gave me 2 burritos instead of 1 and 1 soft taco. Burritos tasted good but the fries looked unappetizing. Had to ask for sauces twice. I know its taco bell but at least try.

Multiple times I have ordered food from here and sometimes they mess up, but I didnt mind. Today is the last straw, my wife found a rotten potato in the food, they forgot 4 tacos, 4 burritos and 2 orders of nachos. Do yourself a favor and save the your money.

Great place. The food is fresh and delicious. The only downside is that the lines are long since they're drive thru only due to restrictions.

5 stars for employee Brian, who went above and beyond last week to compensate and help with an order issue (we ordered breakfast and waited 20 mins for the order to come out, but none of the employees came out to tell us that the order was cancelled - as they no longer serve breakfast- despite us being the only customers in the store). Naturally, I was extremely annoyed that my time had been wasted but Brian immediately dissipated my heightened emotions with his composure, patience and empathy towards my situation. Highly recommend him for promotion or some type of award based on how he dealt with this otherwise stressful scenario. Thank you again to Brian!!!

Ordered 2 rice & bean sides, but they think sending beans on top of potatoes is acceptable? Is someone on drugs?! I'm genuinely concerned that something is very wrong with a worker here. Check your staff. It's kind of funny but also just absolutely ridiculous. This isn't even an item on the menu. What is happening. Then I open my rice & bean burrito to find more potatoes. The whole burrito had beans hiding multiple stupid potatoes. Someone is clearly thinking they're hilarious but like, you're screwing with food I paid for. This is something you reserve for when your friends come to order & you want to mess with them- not regular customers, dude. This is after an Uber driver waited for so long that they canceled & left. A second driver sat there for about 20 minutes to bring us this. Tried calling, of course no answer. Waited an hour or more for our food. Also, this used to be my favorite Taco Bell on this Island but clearly they've gone downhill. This is almost as bad as the Taco Bell on Richmond Avenue (not in the mall,) & that's the worst one around.

A few guests were taking their time to order food, chatting while the food was being prepared. A man at the counter was serving the food. We went to get our food and asked if it was ready. He kept swearing.

I went through the drive through to order food for my wife and son and got an order of chicken nuggets and hard tacos. When I drove up to pay I forgot to get a coke. They told me I had to drive around to order it and wouldn’t just add a coke to my small order. Keep in mind there was NOBODY BEHIND ME and the clerk wouldn’t add it and gave me an attitude. Absolutely ridiculous. So sad. Make matters worse the tacos were cold

Omg slowest worst service they got people order wrong they took forever to prepare they were understaffed on a Friday at 6pm. And the workers it was like it was their first day I can’t blame them they needed like 5 extra workers it was so packed never again will I go there for fast food it takes forever! One girl broke her chain at work and was so upset clocking out it was very sad to watch they need to pay them more part of me felt bad.

I ordered their Cantina Chicken Bowl. I paid for extra chicken and as u can see all I have is potato and extra potatoes with 2 tiny pieces of chicken.Taco Bell thought they can pass off the potatoes as chicken,every time I try to order from them they mess it up. I realize they’re charging me for these things and most of the time when my husband brings it there is half of the stuff missing and stuff u told them to not put inside your food they still do it.STOP CHEATING PEOPLE LIKE THAT.
