I recently went thru the drive thru. I had an outstanding experience with Tyiana. She was extremely courteous and very professional! She took her job very serious and I recieved my food in excellent time. She is managerial material, and the reason I will return.

DON'T COME HERE. Went there today, Thursday 10/5, a little after 6 pm for a protein bowl. I ordered it myself at the computer because the guy at the counter was spaced out. These idiots took forever & then gave it to me in the bag. I left. Then realized there was no Mexican rice in the bowl, so I brought it back. The classless Latina freaked out & started yelling in Spanish. The Latino guy, just said, "Sorry, no rice. Want to order something else?". Why would I order again, when you messed up a basic order the first time & why couldn't they just tell me that they didn't have basic ingredients, when I placed my order? It's food service, not rocket science. They also didn't offer to give me my money back. Incompetent, unprofessional, & rude. Obviously, there's no training & they have no manners, especially the loud mouth Latina. They lost a customer today. Go somewhere else, where they know what they're doing & appreciate their customers.
