Last time I checked the crunch wrap supreme is supposed to have meat inside. How do you serve 5 pounds of cheese with lettuce and tomatoes whoever the supervisor manager is on shift they should reinspect all food before it goes out.
Very Bad Customer Service. Nobody take care pickup order....I'm understand the cashier is busy, so why does another person not help me, just use his 5 seconds to give me my order??????? I don't understand.....

I am very disappointed ever since this Taco Bell opened up ,there hasn’t been no improvement the entire menu whatever you order, they only put a short portion. The portion size is very small. I ordered these burritos ? completely empty, not the full ingredients and served cold small and wasn’t heated on the grill I did a couple of surveys, and there was no improvement Their portion size is very small compared to all the other Taco Bell‘s are three times bigger and full with the correct ingredients and made proper , look at the portion size of this burrito I posted and look how much extra wrap Dough and how empty it was how they’ve treated their customers , and every time I recommend people they told me the same thing that this Taco Bell they don’t serve their customers properly extremely lazy, I swear there was times I had to bring extra meat from home because their portion is so small , a lot of the Taco Bell‘s are starting to improve, but this one hasn’t since it opened , every time I take another chance to order from here it gets worse I can’t enjoy anything here , employees seem so comfortable not doing their job properly , .
The costumers curse at each other in the store, they go outside mid shift to smoke weed and come right back into serve the customers. The food quality was absolutely horrible. They rush the food u can tell by the way it comes out. I ate a supreme crunch wrap and it felt like I was eating straight bread. and I found a piece of hair in my food to make the whole situation worse. I’m never eating here again.

I ordered a crunch wrap but it was a soggy mess and fell apart. I kept gagging on the tortilla because it was just like a wad of chewy disgusting pleather. It used to be my favorite because of the crunch but now it's so gross. I'm sure it was premade and sitting around for some time for the corn tortilla inside to be soft and pliable when it is supposed to be crunchy.
