Absolutely terrible experience at this location. I stopped by during my lunch break and urgently needed to use the restroom while waiting in line. The cashier refused to give me the code because I hadn’t ordered yet, even after I explained it was an emergency and I fully intended to order. She was rude and dismissive. I had to leave and use a nearby laundromat’s restroom instead. When I returned and asked to speak to a manager, she claimed she was in charge and refused further conversation. I remained respectful, but this level of customer service is unacceptable. I don’t recommend this Taco Bell to anyone—it was unprofessional, inconsiderate, and lacked basic human decency.
The cashier’s lack of professionalism cost Taco Bell a loyal customer. Proper training is clearly needed.
Orders at the kiosk which was quick and easy, many tables available to sit at. Waited over 20 mins for food while I watched 5 others order and receive their food before me. Asked if the order would be ready soon and was only told “it’s not ready yet”. I understand a lunch rush but there’s 3 people behind the counter and it’s actually not even that busy in the store. No apologies for a long wait, didn’t even get our cups while we waited for the order to completed.
I preferred two Baja blast with my order today Sunday 4-27-2025 and I didn’t get it I been calling the store in Staten island on Tompkins avenue and no answer for the last 30 minutes smh.
So I came on my break which is at 10am and I’ve been waiting in the cold for 10 minutes alr. I understand that maybe they’re not ready but if it says that is open at 10 they MUST open the door at 10. Everybody knows that. It’s really frustrating bc I lost almost all my break because they decided it to look at me while I’m freezing and ignore me. Horrible service.

Employees are usually understaffed so I’ll be standing there for 5 minutes looking at my pickup bag while the two employees are busy making food. The place makes majority of its money from uber eats pick ups so regular customers who made the effort to drive there, get the rectal exam treatment
This is about the dumbest establishment I ve ever seen. The space would be better used as a theater, not accepting money or bills over 20 is a sure way to lose a customers. They never have any of the trending limited timed items and the staff gives off miserable vibes. Do yourself a favor dont eat here.
I didn't know you had to look a certain way to get taco bell. It's taco bell not a 5 star restaurant and instead of looking at me giggling acting sassy make the food so I can leave like damn. Got 30+ yrs old acting like highschoolers instead of judging do your job the only thing I liked is that Chips was hot. Just trying to order and enjoy my food instead I'm being looked at like a geographic figure. It's ok 😊
They take long with the dine-in meals, but quick on the pick-up meals.

service is really slow, restroom is closed,they won’t give you a code even if you’re a customer, so you have to ask a person every time to open it.

Kind and friendly staff.. as Italians on holiday to discover Staten Island it was a pleasure to discover this restaurant.. greetings to the girls on the staff

Service was HORRIBLE aside from placing my order online, they didn’t even pack my food properly nor was my order correct. After I traveled 15 min in the ran nobody answered their phone to express the messed up order
