I can (mostly) rely on them for my frozen Baja blast cravings. It's clean, has three kiosks for self ordering, and friendly people who work there. A bit slow but they get it done. Can only order on kiosks for baja blast from what I recall. Only one size.

You walk in and get ignored. I put my oder in the pc cause they don't do it. So I ask if my order was present she just walked away. Customer service sucks. Go anywhere else unless you have 20 minutes to wait for 3 tacos. Need real people with with skills not these wasted kids that also act tuff.

The staff were so nonchalant. This place must do better or it will fail..... word to the wise if you want tacos ? make them yourself!

Every time I order online at this location they knock it out of the park. I ordered a big bag of munchies with a bunch of complicated modifiers and it looks like it was made by a team of production assistants for a tv ad, overflowing with delicious commercial mystery meats and sauces. This meal is making me emotional how good it is. Bravo to the Chefs at 429 Tompkins.
