Great fast food, everything taste fresh. Not sure why people complain, this isn’t a sit down fine dining resturant you’re asking for too much and complaining about non sense. I highly recommend this location, they are very consistent with my order and food.

if youre looking for watered down teriyaki sauce, no flavor meat and poop in your shrimp this is the place for you. i dont usually leave reviews so i hope this says a lot.

Ordered through Uber eats. The food is garbage. The quality of their produce and taste is awful. Chicken teriyaki came with no sauce in it. Avocado in the salmon avocado roll had black spots in it. Salmon was not fresh. The total of my order was about $130 and we threw everything out. This sucked because I was looking forward to chicken teriyaki and it was absolutely tasteless and a waste of money.

Asked if they can put the rice in a different container and they said they couldn't that. So I got my refund. Not sure why that was so complicated. They lost a customer.

There name SHOULD NOT start with TERIYAKI. The Salmon and chicken terriayki was HORRIBLE. My friend got the shrimp and chicken terriaki and that was HORRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN. I FEEL LIKE VOMMITTING. My friend just said as I was about to hit send. The spring troll was HORRIBLE

I have gone here several times with my friends. Food is perfectly fine just the service from the employees aren’t right. They verbally harassed me and my friends. They were staring at us while we eat and saying stuff in their language and laughing. They were saying that i was dating my friend and making it weird. We had to tell them that she was my cousin for them to stop. But they still ask about her. If i went by myself they would ask where is your “cousin”. They don’t need to know my business and just do their job.

The food there is fresh and delicious. The portions for the amount is fantastic! I wish they had a closer location but for now I'm just happy there's another food option for Staten Island.

First time here and first Bento box in almost 20 years. I had the Chicken and hubby had the Chicken and Rice. Very large portions. Box came with fresh salad, 3 fried dumplings filled with pork, 2 spring rolls, fried rice and chicken and nicely cooked shrimp. Everything was really good and will definitely go back.. My only issue is that by the time I got home, within 10 minutes, because of the packaging, the salad is no longer cold. More like room to warm from being in the same container with the rest of the food, But I think its more to do with the container. Its was still delicous.

There was a long dark hair in my food( i have light brown hair) and when I called and asked to speak to someone they dismissed it completely.

Is quite a large portion, so for the price I feel as if I get two meals. The flavors are always on point and always hot. Overall eight out of 10. Downside there isn't a smaller portion.

Good Food! They have a place similar to this in College Point, Queens. Food was delish and served fresh!! In addition, the serving size is plentiful. My favorite dish is Chicken/Salmon Teriyaki with vegetables. This place has a great potential to be the best fast teriyaki food on the island. The staff there is neutral, they seem kinda miserable, so make sure to be kind to them and appreciate the good service they provide especially in a day and age where most men refuse to do laborious jobs anymore. Enjoy the food! I will be coming back to this place.
