This is the best restaurant in St. George. I always enjoy eating here. I've brought several non-Staten Island, friends here who agree. They have a wonderful price fixed dinner during the week. We had mussels, a Caesar salad, filet mignon, and steak frites. Everything was delicious! The service is good and the restaurant is lovely.
Absolutely delicious as always. The short ribs and the osso busco were fantastic! The waitress was lovely and had a great sense of humor. I will return again and again as I have since I found the place in August 2025. Everyone who I have taken there loved it and has returned as well.
I'd definitely recommend coming to The Basement. I enjoyed my bday dinner celebration with my significant other. Service, ambiance, food servings and quality was wonderful. Also drinks was in the money. 10/10.
