The chef taking order was surly would not listen to the order - told the lady at front desk to say - please ! NO mayo on my sandwich and guess what - MAYO WAS IN MY SANDWICH!! Rude people - if you cannot give customer service or take their orders with politeness - don’t do business - go work in an office where you can’t be found!!

The staff is all great.
The food is excellent and always fresh and delicious.
Marco is the best, a great asset.
He always goes out of his way to accommodate every customer.
He is always professional, respectful, polite, friendly, kind and considerate.
And an Excellent Chef.

My guys and I have been coming here on a daily basis for the past 3 years mainly because of THE COOK!!! we actually have so much respect for him because all he does for this place. He makes delicious meals for the guys all the time! Tables could use an update, the legs fall off!! We love the service and food is delicious 😋!! Honestly feel bad that they seem short staffed ! Collectively, my coworkers and I would not be coming here if it wasn't for this awesome chef and his assistants!

NEW LOOK

The service at the bettered bagel is excellent. The chef at the grill was very attentive, friendly and made sure my sandwich was perfect. Overall a great experience the people who work at the bettered bagel. In my opinion the owner can take better care of the furniture and atmosphere of the place but I guess that's what you get when you have the chef managing the whole place, keeping up with the grill and customers.

I ordered 3 dishes, an omelet sandwich and a custom sandwich, and I didn't get a custom sandwich, and I realized it when I left there. The man who cooks doesn't try to figure out what I need, just started teaching me the names of the bread and says half of the baguette is called giro, but usually it's pita. I didn't like the service, the vegetables were heated together with the meat.

I would love to share my experience with this bagel store, I work near by and come here daily, the cook especially is amazing and good at what he does and the 2 ladies are incredible always kind and patient even when customers are giving them a hard time. Food is good and fresh thank you 😊

I ordered a plan bagel with tuna and after paying $10.00 for it I get all the way to work and it’s a complete mess not a care in the world when making it they just slapped the tuna on it that when I opened it it was everywhere long store short you call the store and the lady was nasty not a care in the world it wasn’t the point of the money like dam but not to care so rude smh won’t recommend and will never return

I visited this shop at 4:00 PM, well before their 5:00 PM closing time, and asked for a smoothie. I was told that they were “not making them today”, which was surprising since smoothies are clearly advertised as part of their menu. While I waited for my Uber, another customer came in to order food and was told that the grill was already cleaned and they were not making any more food. When she asked what time they closed, they said 5:00 PM—so why were they shutting down an hour early?

It was incredibly unprofessional and misleading to turn away customers while still being open. If the staff doesn’t plan on serving food and drinks up until closing time, they should update their hours or at least post a sign so people don’t waste their time. The customer service was rude and dismissive, and it felt like they were more focused on closing early than serving customers. Definitely won’t be returning.

Well, I usually love to give complements to places specially when they take care of customers, first rule is customer always RIGHT. They basically are the core of your business, they pay your bills, you exist because of them, think twice before to argue with them, be respectful and accept that you guys mistake on orders, very easy to get cx a remplace to his order. Not to argue like, what do you want me to do now? just remplace the order for a new one and you will have a forever cx in your small business. Remember they pay your bills.
This guys by the kitchen don’t know how you take care of a customer, looks like he hate this job, no love or respect for the art of cooking, take something else them. Make your life easy bud.
Mornings need a small in your face.
