My guys and I have been coming here on a daily basis for the past 3 years mainly because of THE COOK!!! we actually have so much respect for him because all he does for this place. The service at the bettered bagel is excellent. The chef at the grill was very attentive, friendly and made sure my sandwich was perfect. Overall a great experience the people who work at the bettered bagel. In my opinion the owner can take better care of the furniture and atmosphere of the place but I guess that's what you get when you have the chef managing the whole place, keeping up with the grill and customers.

The staff is all great.
The food is excellent and always fresh and delicious.
Marco is the best, a great asset.
He always goes out of his way to accommodate every customer.
He is always professional, respectful, polite, friendly, kind and considerate.
