This is not your average fast food joint. The burger is made with good quality meat. Tasty, juicy and enjoyable and cooked the way we like it. Prices are good, quality great. This place is worth it and highly recommend Burger Shop to all burger lovers.

I was told the food would be delivered in 30 mins and it was exactly 30 mins. I didn't give it 5 stars only because the fries and onion rings were just your average sides. Prices are good, quality great. This place is worth it and highly recommend Burger Shop to all burger lovers.

EDIT: Docking some stars off because the place suddenly decided to impose a $20 minimum to deliver to me due to how far away I am from them, even though they delivered to my house a few times without issue in the past. I think whoever was at the restaurant that day didn't want to be bothered going to my address. It makes no sense since Wing World, which is across the street from this place, delivers to me without any problems! I'm appalled by this sudden change and don't think I'll be doing business with them again.

Order from them at 11:30, delivery expected is at 12:45. I order through seamless, I get a text at 12:30 saying they canceled. I call they tell me they do not deliver under 25$, both the site and seamless say 15, I say fine can I add something onto the order and then get it delivered?

I received my food delivered, the fries were burnt, the food burnt through the styrofoam container and they couldn't give me a refund because the manager wasn't there. They couldn't tell me the manager comes in because he comes in sporadically. Don't order from here!!!!

Ordered from this establishment in the past and it was good but today when the food arrived through uber eats, the French fries tasted like they were from yesterday and they were cold as hell, when I called to let them know that I didn't like it they took my name and number and said the manager would call me back, well when I received a call it was from the same teenager who answered the phone when I called and supposedly the manager told her that I should contact uber eats for a refund.... now if that don't beat all. I contacted uber eats to make them aware of what this establishment is doing instead of dealing honestly with paying patrons....what a joke but lesson learned and never again and I will be spreading the word about the nasty food and questionable business practice!!

I've ordered from here multiple times, always through seamless or grub hub, and never had an issue with delivery (although the fries are typically soggy by the time they come, and sometimes the burger isn't cooked properly, but the flavor overall is good, and they have a lot of options, so I've never complained). I placed an order recently the same way (seamless) where the minimum very clearly states $15, and received a call that I didn't meet the minimum (my total was over $16, plus tax and tip, making it $23) I called the restaurant initially thinking there was an error, and the girl who answered was dismissive, and when I asked if she was the manager said "gimme a second " and then came back on and said "yes I'm the manager" I could very clearly hear someone in the background telling her what to say on the phone, so I asked to speak to that person, which she was hesitant and didn't want to do. When he got on he explained the distance wasn't worth the cost, and I would get my food super late anyways because he had 10 orders ahead of me...so what I gather is he cancelled the order because they couldn't handle it, and he hung up on me rudely when I said okay, this will be reflected in your order. Mind you, I live 1.5 miles away from this restaurant...the food level isn't worth the rude staff. Burgers are decent, but not amazing, and the wings were undercooked to my liking (and I always request crispy)

I think I'm terminating my relationship with this place. It's been pretty hit or miss lately. I'm not sure what's going on, but today I ordered a turkey burger, lettuce, tomato NO onion, NO mayo and cheese. Not only was it loaded with salt, it came with lettuce, tomato, ONION and MAYO AND NO CHEESE. Also, it was a little too pink on the on the inside. Wasted 8.17 today.

Good food but these retards cancel the order on me whenever they feel like. I live near the mall and order almost every day. Great way to keep a regular customer. Watch out before you order, they may cancel on you too!

These guys made for me customized fries on my request to make it more healthy without salt and sugar. That was so nice. I recommend this place to everyone. You can eat here for as less as $3 !
