Extremely rude wait staff. How does one get hired in a customer service role and is rude to customers?

Tried to go last night with friends that drove from as far as Howell NJ and was greeted by the rudest Hostess I've ever encountered. Had been there before and loved the wings and the hostess adamantly and did I say rudely?... refused to sit us at vacant seats by the window to the right of the entrance. She told us to come back 90 to 120 minutes later.Ended up going to Sally's Southern next door where I was warmly greeted, enjoyed great food and drink and dropped $$$. That KB hostess is terrible for business and should be in the back washing dishes. Greeting people is the last thing anyone should be paying her to do.

The wings... it is all about the wing. Great burgers, too. We went and they had a live band (really great musical selections).. I would post pictures..... but the wings went super fast. And the burger no longer exists lololol. A MUST VISIT!!!! Blue moon on tap with a burger and you will thank me

Ive heard alot of great things but my experience was not. French Onion soup qas ok. Burgers were good. Food is average and place is not very nice unless sitting at the bar. Service was slow.

This place is a total rip off, should be ashamed to be called a respected business, i ordered good online which was never made but Kettle Black did take my money, when asked for a refund they were very dismissive and acted like they didn’t know what was going on. Place should shut down for theft.
Its okay. Little too overpriced for drinks and it gets way too packed. You struggle to get a drink at the bar. There's always a cover at the door on the weekends. If there's a band you can barely move around in the bar.

Love it here! The buffalo Mac & Blue Cheese served in the skillet was top tier. The Service, was nice no problem there. Only thing i can have a complaint about was the noise, but hey that was my problem lol. Had went on a game night.
