I have not eaten here, but TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called and the place does not even looked booked. I pass by here all the time. Person on the phone said delivery would take 45 minutes. UNBELIEVABLE.

Unless you have a reservation, you will be turned away. Which is fine... however there is no option to book one online. I looked to make one yesterday and I was redirected to the Yelp page. Was gonna go here for brunch today and was instantly turned away.. despite the fact that I came at opening, no one was there and it was only going to be two of us. I was a little sad since this place is supposed to be great.

Went for a bridal shower and it was amazing!!! Definitely had a great time! The brunch vibes were awesome!! The chicken and waffles were AMAZING!! And the drinks definitely had an effect!! 100% recommended

We were seated in the back and it was about 10 minutes before our server came by to say hi. We ordered drinks and we waited *literally* 45 minutes before the drinks came. Other couples were also seated in the back with us and we noticed others also not being served. We went to the bar to ask whether someone else could bring us our drinks but were told we had to wait for our server. By the time our drinks finally came, we had decided not to order dinner so we just ordered an appetizer. That took 20 minutes and came cold. Will not be back.

This place is trash. Host had us wait 10 minutes like it was packed in the yard. We get back there and there's 1 other table the whole time we were there. Our table was falling apart and wobbly. Which they never bothered adjusting so we did it. Silverware and plates were dirty. Food was not good either.

I've been coming here for years for brunch - usually with a big group. We came here for the first time in over a year and they act like they don't need your business unlike many other restaurants who try to step it up with their limited capacity. We got here for brunch right at 12- a group of 12 including 5 kids from 18 months - 17 years old. We were the only ones in the back room the whole time (3 hours) with the exception of one table for two. First of all, when we came in, the rude hostess was like "can i help you?!?" Very rudely. I told her we were with a big group in the back and she was like "well you gotta come here i need your temperature." Then the waiter proceeded to tell us that we all had to take the same brunch special- either a la carte or the special that includes 2 drinks. He said even the kids had to take that one. He said the drinks could be split among the adults. So, 24 drinks were to be shared amount 6 driving adults on a Saturday afternoon? Sounds safe. I told him to Ask his manager if we had to Do that and they changed their mind. Anyway to make a long story short, the food was very cheaply presented, came out at all different times, the waiter dropped 2 glasses and blamed my 18 month old daughter and her sippy cup for "being in the way." Im sorry, but if you can't manipulate your way around your "party" room with one table and a huge open space, how do you handle crowds? It was just a disappointment. I understand restaurants hurt because of covid but i would rather you raise prices a couple of dollars and keep the food the same rather than try to pass off an eggo waffle and chicken cutlet as chicken and waffles. New place next time!

I used to go here a lot with my crew. We are a group of High school friends who have remained friends for yikes like over 20 years. We used to have great meals here - brunches and drag bingos and such. I understand with COVID some restaurants need to make some changes, but wow what a horrible job this place did. I'm just going to list the stuff that happened. 1. Hostess was very cold and rude upon arrival and was very mean and stern saying" come here wait a minute and let me take your temps " 2. Glass broke 2 times by our waiter all over our kids and their electronics and an 18 month old child with us got blamed bc our waiter tripped on some imaginary bottle of hers on the floor 3. There was another rude blond waitress who said the glass wouldn't have broken if basically our children weren't walking around the empty restaurant (this place doesn't seem kid friendly anymore AT ALL) 4. Our kids were originally told that they had to order prefix menu items if the whole table was doing that (2 drinks each lollll) 5. The blond waitress locked our kids outside in the courtyard dining area because they went out for some air - because no one could breathe because the restaurant was filled with some burnt smoky air ! I could go on but won't bother. Our lunch was a shame, look at these pics and compare to older pics- We won't ever come here again, heard they may close down anyway, no wonder why.

Not sure what has happened with this place but for the second time in a row, my order was delayed and the staff was rude. I don't understand. This has been one of my go to resturants for years. I placed order at 7:04. I arrived for pick up at 7:40, woman says with attitude, I told you, 45 minutes and keep in mind the order was placed at 7:04. She went to speak with someone else, came back and said you need wait another 10 minutes. I asked her did I have a choice? Now it was time to pay, had to ask for all of my change, as they decided to keep the coin portion ot it. If looks could kill when I asked, I wouldnt be writing this. Oh and another 10 minutes after the whole payment issue, that's when my food came out. 8:12 was when I actually got my take out order. That's it local, long time customer lost. PS over 1 hour for a take out order. Stay away from here if you want to eat on time. Will never again tell anyone to go here.
